The family room flows into the dining room, sharing amazing views. The well-appointed kitchen sports granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This lovely condo offers the advantage of two private bathrooms, a TV in each bedroom, and shared washer/dryer in the building.

While the Redingtons are recognized for their residential ambiance, the perfect blend of restaurants, shopping, and water activities are close at hand. Just a few minutes south awaits popular John's Pass with over 100 shops and restaurants in addition to water sports rentals and lively nightlife. The Redingtons overflow with natural beauty and coastal charm and the area's locally owned shops will undoubtedly yield a treasure or two.

Things to Know
Please Note: Due to damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton, the hot tub and pool will be unavailable for guest use until further notice. We anticipate repairs may be completed by June to early July, but this timeline is subject to change based on permitting and restoration progress.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
