Step out our back door and you're on the trails of Whitaker Woods, perfect for morning hikes, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. No need to pack up the car – just walk out and start exploring!
Hungry after a day of adventures? Take a leisurely 10-minute stroll to North Conway Village where family favorites like Delaney's Hole in the Wall and Elvio's Pizzeria are waiting. The kids can pick what sounds good, and you'll appreciate the short walk back for bedtime.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Parents love the first-floor master with attached laundry, while kids go wild for the huge loft area featuring a foosball table, Nintendo Switch, and 50" Smart TV for movie nights. Premium memory foam mattresses and room-darkening curtains mean everyone gets a great night's sleep.
The fully equipped kitchen makes family meal prep easy, with all the cookware, spices, and appliances you need. Gather around the dining table for game nights, or fire up the year-round BBQ grill on the deck.

Spacious Accommodation: The home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, providing ample space for your group. Each room is thoughtfully furnished and offers a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. Plush bedding, cozy furnishings, and ample storage space ensure a relaxing stay for all guests.
Comfortably hosts 3 families (up to 6 adults & 6 kids) or 10 adults max. There are 4 bedrooms including a large loft area that would be a perfect place for children & adults to hang out. We even put a Nintendo Switch and 50" Smart TV up there for those rainy days! The 1st floor has a 55" Smart TV mounted over the mantel as well.
**All the twin beds in the loft area have a 200lb weight limit, no adults on the trundles please those are for kids only**
**Covid update** For the safety of our guests we have added a high output whole house air purifier to remove any germs, bacteria, and odors!
Each bedroom has room-darkening curtains, premium memory foam mattresses, and plenty of closet space for you to store your gear.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining area or bring it outside on the patio. There is a spice rack, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and utensils for creating large feasts for your friends and family.
Enchanting Fire Pit Patio: Step outside and be captivated by the magical ambiance of the fire pit patio, adorned with charming string lights. Gather around the fire, roast marshmallows, and create unforgettable memories under the starlit sky (May to Oct).

- No parties or events - if you are looking to play loud music or make a lot of noise outdoors this house is not the right fit.

- No additional guests than you have specified are allowed on the property
- No pets allowed
- No adults on the top bunks or trundles please those are for kids only
OTHER HELPFUL TIPS:
There is a washing machine and dryer located in the 1st floor master bedroom with detergent.
Ski rack right when you come in with boot dryers to get you up and running for the next day of powder!
All the TVs are smart Roku TVs that have guest mode enabled. This is a great feature that allows you to enter your own login access to your streaming services that will automatically be removed at the end of your stay.
Once you have reserved our home, we will be sending you text communications as well as a digital guest book that lists all the information you will need to have a relaxing stay.

- There is a fire pit outside with plenty of seating, you supply the wood and get your campfire going
- Patio table with chairs for outdoor dining
