Tervetuloa kauniiseen Waikoloa Beach Condo-kattohuoneisto alennettuun Gold Golf Jäsenyys Upeeta auringonlaskuja.

Olemme äskettäin uusittu meidän huonetta ja parvi uusia huonekaluja, uudet lattiat ja taulutelevisio. Se on rauhallinen ja hiljainen taloyhtiöiden (näkymät 5th reikä Beach Course, mitoitettu 18. kansallisesti) ja se on kätevä kävelyetäisyydellä majesteettinen Anaeho'omalu Bay ja kuningas Kaupat ja kuningattaren Marketplace ostoskeskuksia.

Meidän Gold golf jäsenyys oikeuttaa vierainamme pelaamaan edullisia golf nopeuden Kungsbanan varten ($ 60) ja Beach kurssi ($ 85). Ei-golfarit olemme lähellä useita upeita rantoja ja ravintoloita sekä on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Marriot Resort Hotel & Beach Club ja Hilton Waikoloa Village Beach Resort & Hotel ja sen maailmanluokan spa.

Meidän kattohuoneisto yksikkö on kolmannessa kerroksessa ja nukkuu kahdeksan mukavasti. Yläkerran parvi on täydellinen paikka lapsille. Yksikkömme kasvot länteen esittelee Havaijin upea auringonnousua.

Meillä on myös kova lanka internetyhteys sekä televisiot olohuone ja makuuhuone ja parvi. Tarjoamme ilmaiset paikallispuhelut ja pitkän matkan puhelin, ja pesukone / kuivuri huoneisto (täydellinen must kun lomalla). Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikki mitä tarvitset kokki meidän yksikössä kuten graniitti työtasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet ja mikroaaltouuni. Vaikka voit kävellä monia hienoja ravintoloita minuuttia, sinulla on mahdollisuus helposti ruoanlaitto kaikki ateriat meidän osakehuoneisto tai suurella Grilli vieressä uima-allas. Fairway Villas on myös hyvin varustettu kuntosali laitokseen.

On king size-vuode makuuhuoneessa, queen vierashuoneessa, kaksi erillistä vuodetta parvella ja vaihtovelkakirjalainan kuningas vuodesohva olohuoneessa. On olemassa kaksi kylpyhuonetta kylpyamme master suite.

Meidän Hawaiian pako tarjoaa kaikki kodin mukavuudet sekä pääsy aarteita meidän suosikki saarella. Täällä voi muuttaa ajatella saarelta toiselle.

Perfect condo on the Big Island

Clean, quiet and close to shopping (Queens and Kings Marketplaces) and beaches. Condo had everything the 5 of us needed to enjoy a different beach everyday of our stay. Checking in and out was flawlessly easy. Would recommend this 100%

Beautiful condo in great location

We had a wonderful time staying at the Fairway Villas. The location was perfect-great golf course view and walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. The condo is beautiful inside and had everything you could need for a great stay for a family or other group. Also—the beach equipment came in handy. Excellent communication with the owner, Ellen. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Perfect!

Just back from an amazing week in Waikoloa! This condo is comfortable, clean, has everything you need and the bathrooms and kitchen are fantastic! Location is great- easy walking distance to A bay and shops, easy driving distance to other great beaches. Will look forward to another trip there- one week was too short!

Big Island Vacation

We recently stayed here on a family vacation. For a family vacation of all adults you could not beat the location. Good amount of amenities and walkability! Very close to all of the great beaches.

Hawaiian paradise

We recently stayed here from May 29th- June 9th and just loved the place. Plenty of space for sleeping up to 8 people with a loft for my kids. The loft hold 2 twin beds which fit my teenagers- 19 and 17. However, if you have anyone over 6 ft the twin beds are a little short. Everything is laid out well and communication with the homeowner was great. No problems arose and we had a great time. We would definitely stay here again.

Well Stocked & Comfortable Home

The three of us stayed in Ellen's home for a week and it was one of the top VRBO rentals we've stayed in! The home is in a safe, gated community close to the King's Shop and Queens' Marketplace. Ellen provided detailed instructions for check in/out and was quick to respond. The home had almost everything you would need to stay comfortably with designated guest parking. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary appliances and the washer and dryer is always great to have. I did wish there was a hot water kettle for tea but we made a small pot work :) The king bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable as I prefer a firmer mattress. It's normally quiet although we could hear the neighbors when they hung out on their lanai downstairs. There are a few beach chairs and snorkel gear available to use. The lanai was a great place to work (we worked remotely) and watch the sunset. The internet speed is not the fastest but it worked for the most part for us to be on VC calls throughout the week. The only downside during our stay was that we ran out of hot water one night when we were trying to shower back to back -- that was definitely a bummer! Other than that, having the access to the gym and the pool/hot tub was one of the highlights for us during this stay (we wished it stayed open later!). There are wipes for all the equipment and the glass walls of the gym can slide open for plenty of air flow (almost feels like an outdoor gym!). The hot tub and pool were clean and a wonderful way to end our days looking up at the stars :) We highly recommend Ellen's place if you're planning to stay on the Kona side of the island!

Incredible accommodation, everything we could have hoped for an more

Instructions for entry were super clear, easy entry into the apartment with entrance close to the elevator (super helpful with all of our bags). Parking was convenient, safe and right near elevator. The house was super clean on arrival and was more beautiful than the pictures show. Beds were super comfortable, great couch and TV setup in the living room for the downtime we had in between activities. Plenty of space for everyone. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we could have needed (tools, pans, dishware, oil, seasoning etc.) and the appliances were amazing. Eating meals out on the patio highly recommended! Bathrooms were wonderful - clean and with lots of towels. For all groceries / snacks, there was a grocery store right across the road from the gated entry way. Can't thank Ellen enough for letting us stay in her wonderful home!

Highly Commendable!

This was a great choice for our group of four adults. Clean, well-stocked with necessary items, incredibly convenient to some of Hawaii's best beaches; great views from the lanai. It was very helpful to have the contact number of a local manager who could address questions about the property. We were very satisfied with our stay here.

Pretty good!

Communication with the owner, Ellen, was always prompt and pleasant. The condo is exactly as shown, although it could use a good deep-clean! (It wasn't dirty by any means - just some wrappers & dust bunnies under the beds and crumbs under the toaster oven). The condo is well-equipped for staying in and cooking. There were beach chairs, sand toys, and some goggles which is always a plus. My only complaint - the beds! So uncomfortable. The king bed in the master suite was the worst one. There was a thin mattress pad on top and an extra one in the closet - so we put the extra mattress pad on top but it did not help. We ended up spending the rest of the nights in the Queen bed in the second bedroom which was only mildly better. The twin beds up in the loft: Also uncomfortable and can feel the springs. Overall, the experience at this condo was nice except for the terrible beds. I am always sad to leave Hawaii, but this time I couldn't wait to go home and sleep on my own bed! However, if that isn't too important to you - everything else is pretty great. It is very apparent that the owner has put time and money into remodeling the unit. She was always pleasant and prompt when I asked questions about the condo before our stay. Just my husband, daughter and I stayed here for a week but this condo is roomy enough for 6 for sure.

Hawaii 2019

It was EPIC! My sisters and I came over to the Big Island to plant a Koa tree with some of our father's ashes, just as he had done in 2018 for our mother. This was a bittersweet trip for us, as we came to find closure from losing both parents so abruptly exactly one year apart. But Ellen's place was truly a home away from home for my sisters and I. Very comfortable, very quiet and full of amenities. What's uncanny is the fact that Ellen's unit is in the exact same building AND almost directly above the unit my parents and I stayed in back in 2015....talk about serendipity! We loved everything about it and would request it again in a heartbeat. It was THE perfect place to stay while celebrating our parents. The Big Island was their favorite place; they had spent a lot of time here (Dad was stationed here at one of the observatories before they got married). They're together again, forever, in the place they always wanted to be. Thank you, Ellen.....we loved every moment of our stay in paradise!

Great Condo & Location

Property is exactly as stated, very nice with all amenities, even some that weren't listed. It was great to have boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs and an ice chest available for use. Location was great, with many places nearby in walking distance. We used the pool and bbq area which were nice, as well. Even though we were only a family of 4, there was plenty of room for 6 people. We would considering staying in the future!

Beautiful condo in the perfect location

We spent a fabulous 4 nights at this condo. The Fairway Villas complex is the perfect location. It is very convenient to the beach, entertainment and shopping – all pretty much within walking distance. The pool and hot tub area is one of the nicest I have ever seen at a condo complex. It has a beautiful blue tiled infinity pool overlooking a pristine golf course with a perfect sunset view. The actual condo is beautifully appointed with a very Hawaiian feel and definitely one of the best locations within the complex. It is in an end building on the 3rd (top) floor. We loved not having anyone above us and the vaulted ceilings make the unit feel even bigger than it is. There were only 2 of us so we had lots of room. It would also work well for 2 couples or a family. The condo has the perfect sunset view from the very nice and roomy lanai. You can even see the ocean from the loft window. The king size bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable with high- end bedding and a great view. We have visited this area often and have mostly stayed with friends. This was our first time renting a condo here and were very impressed. We would most definitely stay there again.
