NOTE: Guests have access to the entire house indoors and outdoors, with the exception of one closet in the primary bedroom and the unfinished basement, which will be locked. The primary bedroom suite has a wardrobe and plenty of drawers for guests to use.

Sage Hill is a newly constructed modern barn-style house in Noyac, Sag Harbor, a private neighborhood street that ends with a cul-de-sac. Sag Harbor is one of the most charming and unique hamlets of the Hamptons, particularly because of its marinas, waterfront parks, and restaurants.

Take a long stroll along Sag Harbor's Main Street. Spot an Osprey’s nest, grab a Big Olaf’s homemade ice cream on Long Wharf, or read a John Steinbeck novel on one of the many beaches to choose from minutes away—-Havens Beach, Long Beach, or Sag Main Beach. Two popular hiking trails include Elizabeth Morton Nature Preserve and Trout Pond, which are within minutes of the house.
