Great Value and Great Stay. You Will Not Regret It.
“Our Standard is Cleanliness”
1st-floor (no stairs to climb and easy check-in). This beautiful, bright condo has an open patio. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minutes from the beach, and with all the main attractions! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics. The condo sleeps up to 8 guests.
*Pets are not allowed*
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a Very spacious condo. 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 air bed, and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in Unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Patio with furniture to enjoy and relax.
* Sheets and linens provided.
* Free WiFi and cable TV available.
* Pets are not allowed
* Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
* Towels are provided for showers only.
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

Our location is amazing because you can walk to many places, and everything else you may need is a short drive away.

If you're looking for some great food with a view, there are nearby international restaurants such as the Mediterranean Bistro, Little Pigs Bar-Tcby, Krispy Kreme, Sneaky Beagle and a lot more. There are Great Golf Courses for amateurs and professionals to enjoy.

GENERAL INFORMATION
We have compiled all the necessary details of the stay and our favorite local spots all in one place for easy viewing in a guestbook. Guests will receive a digital copy of our guestbook before their stay that they can save for offline viewing at any time. Guests will no doubt love how easy it is to access details such as local dining options, attraction information or even what they need to bring with them for their stay.
Driving a vehicle is most definitely the best way to get around in Myrtle Beach, whether it be your own vehicle, rental or you can take Uber/Lyft and Myrtle Beach Train Depot
We provide the convenience of early check-in from 12:00 pm for a nominal fee of $85. To ensure a guaranteed early check-in, guests are kindly requested to accept this alteration at least 24 hours before their scheduled stay.
* Ground floor unit and No stairs to climb.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Please review our house rules.
* Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
* Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests may need to bring extra for a long stay.
* NO mailbox for this location.
* Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
* Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
* Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Comfortable and Convenient level 1 unit
We stayed here over Thanksgiving for 3 nights as it was the closet level 1 rental available to my inlaws who reside at Watercrest assisted living. We are a family of 5 and needed a level 1 unit as my husband has mobility issues and this unit has 2 handicap spots available right infront of it. This unit also has private ample parking not shared with neighboring buildings. I needed the fully equipped kitchen to prepare a small home cook Thanksgiving meal to take to my inlaws and this unit didn't fail. I was very surprised how equipped the kitchen was and I didnt need to use a lot of my own items I had pack other than my large pan to roast a turkey. We did not spend a lot of time in the unit except to crash at the end of each day but it is a very spacious, clean space with lots of hot water. Each bedroom has smart TVs. The living room just has cable access. Upon arrival we found one broken dining chair on top of the table and a broken freezer door handle. We let the host know right away but since we weren't gathering here for meals, it wasn't an imposition. The only thing I noticed in the advertised image vs reality is they picture a white drip coffee maker, so I pack ground coffee and filters. But when we arrived they had upgrade to a very nice Kcup machine with some complimentary coffees. If I had known, I would have pack kcups. What they had available was flavored coffees such as hazel nut, toffee and caramel but we prefer nonflavored coffees. We plan to stay here again.

Simply an easy rental
Easy to get in. Owner made sure he gave us codes and address in advance and reminded us of wha was to be done before leaving. Was clean and neat. Stayed in community about 50 times this ranks high in my book. I don’t leave reviews usually so to sum it up I was pleasantly surprised.
