Welcome to Ptoobie's Place! Adorable lakefront cottage with covered boat dock! Completely renovated and ready for summer fun. Two bedrooms and a third sleeping loft. The loft is COZY! Full kitchen. Gas stove, microwave, coffee maker with coffee pot and Kcup availability. Bathroom with soaking tub/shower combo. Complimentary tea, coffee and welcome snacks await your arrival. Relaxing water front views! Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The new 24 X 14 ft deck is perfect for relaxing and taking in views of the lake!!

The cottage was well decorated and welcoming. Cyndi went above and beyond to make us feel at home by leaving a welcome sign, treats and a ball and treats for our dog. She was quick to answer questions and resolve any issues we had. We enjoyed our time at the lake! This fishing was amazing!

What an amazing cottage and even better host! We have nothing but great things to say about this place. Great location. We loved the private dock with a lift for our pontoon boat. Very accommodating host who makes the best brownies!

Quaint home short distance to boat dock which we used regularly. Very nice that the dock has electric. Absolutely loved that our pup could join us. The outside deck allows lake view. The bath & shower are fine for active folks. As there is no wall or support it was unusable for grandma

Perfect Peaceful Getaway

This place is wonderful. I have stayed in many VRBOs, and this owner truly goes above and beyond to make the stay easy and comfortable. We stayed there for the eclipse, this was right on the center line! It was so easy to hang out outside, cook both inside and outside, and have a wonderfully beautiful experience. I highly recommend this place!

Lake vaca

We stayed at this adorable little cottage with a dock for our boat right out front. It was cute and clean and the host made us the best brownies I’ve ever had! She was very responsive and made our week perfect.

Christmas Getaway

It was just me and my pup for this trip. It was a wonderful trip and a picture perfect cottage to celebrate the holiday. We were welcomed with fresh baked brownies and a basket full of snacks, including toys for my dog! Everything I could possibly need, including firewood was there. I’m hoping to make this a yearly destination ♥️

2nd Stay

We had previously visited this cottage in the summer & knew we couldn’t wait to come back in September and celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. Cyndi always goes above and beyond & made us feel very special with anniversary goodies this time. We appreciate her kindness and thoughtfulness and we look forward to another stay at the cottage in the future!

Fishing 2024

My brother and I take a weekend every year to go fishing together. Indian Lake was a good choice and the house was spot on the description. Connecting with Cyndi (host) was easy to answer any questions and the smell of the fresh brownies as we walked in was a very nice welcome! Though the water had an unpleasant smell, just running it a bit helped it to go away. Private covered boat dock with a lift? Wow. Nice rental. Friendly neighbors. Great fishing!

Lovely Cottage

Lovely Cottage. The host was wonderful and quick to answer questions. She even decorated the cottage for Christmas. It was so charming. The refrigerator... well, you just have to see it. The host left brownies for us and wood for the fire. I think we will visit again. Thank you for a perfect New Years retreat. The area is very nice.. The house is accommodating for five people. There is nothing I can honestly think of that was even remotely dissatisfying.

Cozy getaway

I had a wonderful girls getaway with my sister and college-age daughter. This home was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting! The place is small and the bedrooms smaller (lol) but we thoroughly enjoyed it and our stay! The beds and linens super comfy. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and she left plenty of water and coffee for us along with a basket of snacks and super yummy brownies! We thought the house was right on the water but that was ok, just a stone’s throw away. The neighborhood was quiet and the state park, to walk their walking path in the mornings, only about a 5 minute drive away. Also a couple coffee shops and restaurants/eateries nearby. Everyone we came across SO friendly, too! A great experience, a great place…would definitely recommend!!

Very nice convenient house by the lake. Great deck for relaxing and looking at the lake. House has everything you need and the host was amazing. Very good communication and easy to work with. Her brownies were a nice bonus. Definitely would go back and stay again.

Our stay at this cute cabin with a boat dock was wonderful! The cabin was quaint, cozy, and had everything we needed. The hostess was very hospitable and made us feel so welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back

Cozy lake weekend

We enjoyed a long weekend at the cottage. We were meeting a group of friends in the area, and it was a perfect place that we could come and bring our fur baby and still be close to everything!

Relaxing Getaway
