BATHROOMS
Both of our bathrooms have double vanities with one bathroom having a glass shower and the other having a soaking tub should you be so inclined to take a bubble bath during your stay. We stock the bathrooms with plenty of bath and hand towels, washcloths, cosmetic towels, and floor mats to give you something nice and fluffy to step on when getting out of the shower. You'll also find 2 hairdryers in each bathroom along with plenty of spa-quality shampoos, conditioners, and body wash.

PAID PARKING:
There is limited paid parking at the condo building in the public parking garage. Paid parking can fill up quickly so a spot isn't guaranteed. Parking rates are as follows:

- Up to 1 hour = $10
- Up to 1 day = $50
- Up to 2 days = $100
- Up to 3 days = $150

FREE PARKING:
There is also free street parking in front of the condo building. Street parking directly in front of the building is limited during weekends.

LAUNDRY:
A paid washer and dryer are located on the 1st floor of the condo building, just right of the front desk. Use the common area door code for access.

DECORATIONS:
Avoid using thumbtacks or command hooks for decorations on walls or wallpaper. Use Scotch tape, painter's tape, or sticky putty instead. No glitter is allowed. Any damage from improper decoration will be charged accordingly.

ACCESS FOR REPAIRS:
Homeowners and property managers may access the property for repair and inspection in a reasonable manner. Guests are expected to comply with the Rental Agreement during their stay and ensure all party members and visitors do the same.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
There are outdoor NEST security cameras located around the exterior of the home. Security cameras are set up for the safety of our guests and the security of our home. Please do not tamper with any of the security camera equipment.
