For a refreshing summer adventure, Guffey Cove (Paradise Falls) is only 25 minutes away. This stunning natural swimming hole features clear water, rock jumping, and scenic hiking trails â a perfect spot to cool off and enjoy Coloradoâs outdoors.
Right beside the property are the Florissant Fossil Beds, a wonderful place to explore. Walking among the massive petrified stumps, you can imagine what Florissant looked like long ago when towering redwood trees thrived here. You can even find fossil right here on the property! The Fossil Beds are also within a certified Dark Sky area, so whether youâre relaxing by the fire pit or taking an evening stroll, the night skies are absolutely breathtaking. Itâs a magical experience for astronomy lovers or anyone who enjoys the wonder of a pristine night sky.
