Also included are a brand new gas grill, a charcoal grill, 3 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 3 bicycles and water toys. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and a boat trailer. The location is very convenient with a fuel dock at the end of the and a tackle store just a few houses down from the house. Shopping and restaurants are a short bike ride away.

The interior has many windows for views of the canal and is freshly painted. The open floor plan creates a great space for conversation and traffic flow.
