Paikka rannalla, Beach Front Complex! Puhdas, houkutteleva, mukava ja hyvin hoidettu pohjakerroksen yksikkö vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannasta, kaksi uima-allasta, ulkogrillit ja pysäköinti! ILMAINEN WiFi! Ranta ulottuu mailia, hienoa pitkälle kävelylle tai lenkille. Rauhallinen perheystävällinen sijainti. Liinavaatteet (pyyhkeet, lakanat), rantatuolit, boogie-levyt ja muut rantatuotteet toimitetaan - ilman lisäkustannuksia!

Tässä huoneistossa on täysin varustettu keittiö, kaksi tilavaa makuuhuonetta, joissa mukavat vuodevaatteet, 2 täyttä kylpyä, olohuone ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu avuksesi. Viihdytykseesi huoneistossa on taulu-tv DVD-soittimella olohuoneessa ja molemmissa makuuhuoneissa erilaisia ?? elokuvia, saatavilla ilmaiseksi. Sulje pysäköintialue on saatavilla 2 ajoneuvolle aivan sisäänkäynnin ulkopuolella. Pohjakerroksen sijainti lähellä rantaa ei tarkoita kiipeilyportaikoita, joista pääsee helposti ja nopeasti rannalle ja molemmille uima-altaille.

Vain lyhyen matkan päässä on paljon: pelihuone, ympäröivän alueen parhaimmat kala- ja äyriäisravintolat, rantakaupat, polkupyörän vuokraus ja paljon muuta. Käy Pohjois-Carolinan akvaariossa, Fort Maconin valtion puistossa, Morehead Cityn ranta-alueella tai historiallisessa Beaufortin kylässä ja NC-merimuseossa. Beach getaway

Very nice 2 bedroom. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to eat in. Great access to the beach and pools. Very nice and relaxing vacation.

Fun times at Atlantic Beach

This is our 3rd year in this same condo unit. We like the unit Brian Jellema owner is always very helpful. The unit is very clean and a great location and well furnished.

Great location!

Brian’s place was the perfect location for our beach vacation. The beds were comfortable (which can be iffy in rentals), and the house was stocked with what we needed. We loved having a washer/dryer in the unit so we didn’t have to pack as much. We would definitely stay again.

Vacation with family and friends

We stayed here with family and had friends in other units. This was our second time in this unit. Brian updated it since the last stay. The location is excellent and updates are great. It’s better than the pictures. Will stay again!

Great condo with easy access to resort amenities.

The location of this condo is great. You’re close to both indoor and outdoor pools, onsite gas grills, elevator, and the boardwalk to the beach. It was roomier than other condo we have stayed at this complex with a nice layout. My only issue was the with dune and vegetation between you and the beach the view wasn’t the greatest but with how close you were to the boardwalk it didn’t really matter.

Memorial Day weekend at the beach

The property itself was familiar to us, as we have stayed before. Great pool and other amenities! Easy walk to beach from the condo down their boardwalk. But the unit itself is outstanding! It has obviously been updated recently-kitchen surfaces’are beautiful, furniture and decor are lovely and comfortable. My husband probably could have slept in the recliner, it was so comfy! These units are very standard and much like beach condos everywhere, so the finishing touches make it stand out. This unit is on the lower floor and near access to parking which made unloading easy. It also made it easy to get to the beach and pool from the unit. Admittedly, there is only a limited view of the sea over the dunes, but the rest of the condo made up for this unavoidable position. The owner sent us very detailed instructions about the unit, including the operation of the televisions which are often a pain at strange place! Also detailed labeling in the condo was so helpful-I love a labeled light switch! The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. There were beach chairs and other helpful beach items in the condo, it makes it so easy! We loved our stay, and the only thing we didn’t like was leaving! We will stay again.

Disappointing. We departed one day early.

Very disappointed. Cheaply done unit. Like a poorly appointed bachelor pad. Inferior quality, worn furniture. Different couches than photos. Cheap mattresses. Awful sheets; thin, scratchy, no elastic. Stained comforter & pillows. 100% polyester on kid beds. Extra blankets ripped & stained. Gross carpets; greasy-looking, matted in the high traffic areas. Dreadful kitchen equipment. Just one knife; could not cut a carrot. Two tiny cutting boards Scratched pans covered in white film. Not enough dishes. Filthy placemats & hazy glasses. Useless dishwasher that needs sanitizing & cleaning. Had to wash everything by hand after dishwasher. Stinky washing machine - our clothes smelled moldy after. Dirty shower floor - hadn't been scrubbed in ages. The place was just not clean. Rez included a hefty cleaning fee. No way there's that much cleaning happening. Lack of thoughtfulness. Too few hangers; no towel hooks. Big fake plant instead of nightstand. What?! Sunlight and hallway lights (24 hrs) blast into the bedrooms. Reviewers mentioned need for blackout shades, but owner hasn’t fixed it. Seems this isn't a beloved family place but rather a quick buck scheme. We paid for 4 nts. The rez cost was NOT worth it. Great location next to the beach & pool. Otherwise, a letdown. Shocked at good reviews. We own a vacation rental and know what it takes to make it great. This is not it. Booked for 4 nights but left after 3. Unit detracted from enjoyment; all agreed we'd rather go home.

Great vacation

The location is wonderful. The sleeping arrangements work for our family. The host Brian great and helpful. The staff in the office very helpful. There are pros and cons to the property. The pros are outstanding the one con is the carpet is old BUT. We already booked this property for the 3rd year because we love this unit. Thanks Brian.

Just a couple steps to the ocean!

We've stayed at "A Place At The Beach" several times, but this particular unit was so close to the beach. It was clean and spacious for the two of us.

Fine place if your relaxing outside the room….

The property was as advertised with all the amenities in the description. 9 hole mini golf, pools, water slide, outside grill. Quick access to the pool/beach and ground level. The beach and pool are nice. The room was uncomfortable to put it politely. The furniture is wore out and broke and impossible to sit on. We found ourselves sitting on the floor for most of the trip. The beds are comfortable but the master bedroom is like sleeping in a fishbowl. Light from the windows and sliding glass door make it impossible to sleep past sunrise. So bring a sleep mask as blackout curtains won’t help as there is no place to hang them. The sink sprayer was filthy with mildew all over the nozzle. My son tried to turn it on and it sprayed all over. The towels had a cigarette smell in them. The front door is difficult to open with the provided key. (A combo lock would be helpful) The free wifi is terrible, always kicking you off and having to put in the password every time you close your phone or device. The room is dated and in need of updates/repairs. The owner was very responsive and I’m sure this review won’t be taken well but it’s the truth that we experienced the week we’re there. Lovely area and helpful friendly staff on property. We will not be returning.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. This is a great location…very close to the beach and indoor/outdoor pool. Our only minor complaint is the lack of curtains. It was very bright in the morning.
