This unique & family-friendly space is on north end of the Seaside Heights boardwalk. Just 4 houses from beach & around the corner from the 'Jersey Shore' house. This classic & pristine beach cottage features 3 bedrooms that have 2 queens and 1 full (double) bed. In addition, there is a futon couch (pulls down to a single bed). The cottage has a renovated bathroom w/shower, fully outfitted kitchen & roomy living room. Linens, 5 beach tags, fast wifi, Disney +, AC & 2 off-street spots included (Cars only). 3 day minimum / 25 day max stay. No parties, no large groups, no prom bookings. *Min. rental age is 25. *Separate lease, ID, & Guest info collected for town. No check-in on Sat. (License# ML-25-1687, STRP#001012)
LOCAL ORDINANCE
Seaside Heights ordinance now requires all guests to disclose their names, addresses, phone numbers and birthdates to the host when leasing a property for summer rentals. This information is submitted to the town prior to your arrival. You also must be 25 years old to rent the property and be a part of the guest group staying on site. We do not rent to large groups, parties, prom groups or parents renting for their teen/unqualified children.
NO LARGE GROUPS / NO PARTIES: Undeclared guests, guests not on the reservation, are not allowed on property. All guests need to be part of the original reservation and declared to the town by local ordinance and the owner for security purposes. There is an Over Occupancy Penalty of $500 per person/per night for every undeclared guest that violates the fire code maximum of 3. Guests exceeding occupancy must leave the property immediately.
SECURITY
24/7 motion triggered, exterior audio/video security cameras cover the front sidewalk & porch area. The backyard is not covered by cameras. Cameras not actively monitored. Neighbors may have security cameras that cover shared property line.

My wife and I grew up in the area and have fond memories of the Jersey Shore. We are excited to be able to offer a summer cottage to guests that is so close to the boardwalk and beach in Seaside Heights.

This Seaside Heights shore cottage has been newly improved to capture both classic feel and clean, pristine amenities. This tidy space is great for small families and couples, offering all the comforts of home and enough room to stretch out after a hot summer day. The front yard has space to sit and chat and the backyard is spacious housing 2 picnic tables , lounger chairs and BBQ set up with propane grill. *Rental does not include satellite garage.
