We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You'll have access to the entire home with a private entrance, which ensures your privacy and comfort. Entry is secure and easy with a keypad lock. You'll have access to a backyard/patio, grill, parking in the driveway as well as other amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped laundry area.

Spacious interiors
Inside, 2,400 square feet of open living space blend comfort and ease. The living room invites you to gather around the flat-screen TV or share stories at the adjoining dining table. Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests. The primary suite features a king bed, sofa bed, TV, blackout curtains, and a private ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers another king bed and blackout curtains, while the third and fourth bedrooms each feature queen beds, one with rooftop patio access. The fifth bedroom provides a queen bed and dresser. Two full bathrooms and a half bath ensure easy mornings for everyone, with towels, bed linens, and bathroom essentials provided.

Outdoor living
Step out to the rooftop patio to lounge beneath string lights or enjoy morning quiet with a book. Downstairs, a fenced backyard adds another space to unwind, grill a casual meal on the BBQ, sway gently in the hammock, or challenge friends to a beanbag toss. Let us know about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

For your safety, security cameras have been installed outside the property monitoring the front door and back door. There are no cameras inside the property.
