Toward the back of the home, you’ll find the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the essentials and direct access to a private back patio.
Off the kitchen, stairs lead down to the unfinished basement, where you’ll find the washer & dryer—and a classic Pittsburgh touch: a true “Pittsburgh Potty” shrine!
Upstairs, you’ll find both bedrooms and the bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and cozy setup, while the primary king bedroom includes spiral stairs that lead to a tucked-away office loft—perfect for remote work. The shared full bathroom with updated finishes is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.
