*** NOTE Check in's on Xmas, New Years, July 4, or Thanksgiving is an additional cleaning fee of three hundred dollars.
* Daily AC fee of fifteen dollars required for all guests and is non-optional. This is required to be paid prior to arrival instructions being shared with guest through the VRBO/Expedia platform.

***You are renting directly from the Host. The Front desk will not be able to assist you as you are not Paying the higher rate to use their services. We are happy to assist you and you will find this information in your contact booklet in the condo.
