Book your next getaway adventure at our amazing Beau Coast property, The Blue Chill and experience true coastal living! There's plenty of space for the whole family with 3-bedrooms and 3.5-bathrooms. The great room with the kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances along with a workspace area in the great room. The Blue Chill is located on the inner waterway in Beau Coast, so Kayaking and paddleboarding are just a short walk away. We can provide information on local companies to rent these items from for your stay! This coastal neighborhood offers a community swimming pool. Enjoy a short walk to Traders, a local restaurant featuring sandwiches, salads, and homemade meals to go, also at Traders is a kayak launch and an open back patio with a fire pit to sit and enjoy the beautiful view! The Blue Chill is just minutes away from the scenic waterfront of downtown Beaufort with shops, restaurants and ferry tours. The Blue Chill will be a property you want to return to every year!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

Excellent Property

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this property during our time in Beaufort. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very spacious and a short walking distance from the pool - it was perfect. The community is pristine. It’s in a great location - only a 5 minute drive to downtown Beaufort and close to several beaches. The property management team was attentive.

Unfortunately, there were ants throughout the kitchen even on the countertops. Its advertise in the neighborhood is open until 10 PM but the pool hours are actually until 9 PM. The fire pit on the property does not work. It didn’t seem to be user-friendly as far as paper plates, napkins, trash bags, and hand soap for the bathrooms. There was a wasp nest located outside the front door. The light in the front porch was not working order. There was a trash corral and that the trash needed to go there. They were not replacement trash bags in the hole.The window should have some type of shade or covering there were not enough dishwasher, pods or laundry pods did not realize we needed to bring your own laundry detergent did not realize we didn’t have the extra essentials if bathroom things ran out the other homes in that community that we have stayed and had a whole supply of extra soap, shampoo, body wash, and had paper towels, toilet paper and paper plates for the guest use . The property did not have any salt and pepper or any kind of spices that you might want to use for cooking.There were ants on the patio outside and the furniture. The Kings size beds should have king-size pillows! The mattress’ were not comfortable.We really did not care for the kitchen table chairs as the director chairs don’t seem to work maybe it would’ve been fine if you were playing a game of cards but not for eating, small children have a hard time with thise kind of chairs!Location is great!

All you can ask for!

This property was clean, well furnished/equipped and in a great location! There was not a single “I wish this place had….” the entire week. Gamer child enjoyed the work space with dual monitors. Grownups enjoyed the two balconies to get space from the gamer child when it was raining. I never thought I needed an elevator but it was nice for check-in/out days! Located near the heart of town, we enjoyed several short bike rides to shop and eat. The bigger towns were just a short drive. Make sure to visit the aquarium in Pine Knoll shores when you visit. We loved this neighborhood so much we made a stop at the Realty Office to see if anything was available. Pool is nice (and close), clubhouse had plenty to keep us busy when weather drove us inside, and the fitness center was a perfect alternative to having to pay a daily fee any a neighboring gym. If you’re thinking about visit Beaufort, this is your place!!

Perfect Beaufort Townhouse

Perfect home, perfect location, great amenities. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything needed for a vacation. We have been vacationing in Beaufort for 15+ years and hands down this is definitely one of our favorite rentals.
