The upstairs living space features an open concept that combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas, so you can keep up on conversation, no matter what room you're in. After a day on the water, you can stream a fun movie night on the living room's wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space and cabinet storage, and a center prep island to help the group chef prepare delightful meals for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with partial bench seating and space for six. The kids will love taking their afternoon snacks from the four breakfast bar stools. You'll love exploring the many on-site amenities that include a shared pool and hot tub, a community grill, and a firepit, an ideal setting for some toasted S'mores and late-night stargazing. The home's private washer and dryer will keep everyone looking their best during your stay, and you can use the high-speed WiFi to download a good playlist to your device or research a fun outdoor adventure.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
