When all you want to do is soak up the sun, you know it’s time for a beach vacation. Soleil All Day is a beautiful vacation home located in Dune Allen Beach on Scenic 30A. The three-story home with a rooftop deck is across the street from glistening emerald waves and crystal sands that shimmer in the sun. With a private 20'x30' pool, game room, and convenient beach access, this property provides everything you need for a memorable vacation. It has eight bedrooms, eight full baths, and two half baths. These luxury accommodations welcome up to 24 visitors to relax in a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind paradise. Soleil All Day also includes a complimentary six-seater golf cart, eight bicycles, and four backpack chairs for the beach!
The first floor is a dedicated fun area featuring a game room with access to the private pool and sundeck. The game room includes a pool table and a wet bar with stool seating. Sliding glass doors open onto the expansive sundeck, with a spa cascading into the refreshing pool. Lounge chairs and outdoor seating create a pleasant atmosphere for soaking up the sun and spending quality time with family and friends. An outdoor kitchen with a grill and sink makes it easy to whip up a poolside meal. A wall-mounted flatscreen TV adds to the leisure space. Back inside, the first floor also features two guest bedrooms. One has a king-size bed, and the other has a queen-size bed. Both have private bathrooms with walk-in showers.
On the second floor, you will find a large open great room. Rich hardwood floors, several sliding glass doors with balcony access, and high ceilings accentuate the spaciousness. The living room includes a U-shaped wraparound couch and two accent chairs surrounding a drink table. The setup faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a handsome credenza. Two tables with seating for 12 dominate the dining room. Eight raised chairs provide additional seating at the kitchen island. The contemporary kitchen boasts chic cabinetry, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and a patterned backsplash. Two more guest bedrooms are on this level. One has a king-size bed with a built-in twin bunk nook, and the second has a queen-size bed.
The four remaining bedrooms are on the third floor, all of which have king-size beds, modern furnishings, balcony access, and ensuite baths. A bonus bunk room includes two twin bunks, each with its own wall-mounted TV for entertainment. There is a den with a blue queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, and balcony access. Finally, a spiral staircase leads from the balcony to a full-size rooftop deck with 360-degree views. Vacationers can lounge on the terrace while taking in the beauty of the beach, 30A, and the coastal dune lake.
Soleil All Day is conveniently tucked in the midst of all there is to do on 30A. The beach is less than a one-minute walk from the property. Nearby restaurants include Stinky’s Fish Camp and Vue on 30A. Gulf Place is about a mile down the road. Here, you can check out eateries, art boutiques, specialty shops, and seasonal events at the outdoor amphitheater.
