4) Firewood and propane are not provided. Guests may use any remaining supplies or pick some up at the nearby country store (15 min).
5) Lazy Bear Oaks is best suited for adults. The space isnât childproofed and doesnât include child-specific amenities. The hot tub is for adults only. If traveling with children, guests should plan to supervise them closely and bring anything they may need.
6) Pets are not permitted. Violations will result in a $250 fee and reimbursement for any additional cleaning charges.
7) For stays longer than 7 days, the trash cans may fill up before checkout. Guests can take trash to the local transfer station (about 20 minutes away) at no cost or arrange a mid-stay clean or trash pickup service for an additional fee.
