This unit is ocean front in the newly constructed OceanHouse Condominiums. Very close to the the Hampton State Park where concerts take place. Unit can sleep 8 people includes luxurious bedroom set and bunk beds in the second room and very comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Other things to note
During our off-peak monthly rental between October and May, unit is only rented monthly and the rent is deeply discounted which is less than one forth of our peak rates. We usually like to rent the place for the whole season with a minimum of one month. With monthly rentals, utilities are tenants responsibility.
