Professionally decorated and perfectly located, "Vitamin Sea" boasts the luxury of your practically private beach. Minutes away from the lively entertainment of downtown St. Augustine, and a quick 20 minute drive up to TPC Sawgrass, home of The Players Championship.

Your dining table seats 10, with a view of the sand and surf. Adjacent to the dining area is the living room furnished with the supple bone colored leather couches. Relax as you enjoy favorite TV shows, or check out whats new in the Streaming World. Your beach house has Wifi throughout and usable right on the deck! Kitchen comes fully stocked and has both a Keurig and regular Coffee machine.

The house is perfect for family reunions, celebrations, or just a normal getaway from the everyday hustle and bustle.

Awsome stay.

We needed a large home for our annual Thanksgiving week vacation. This home exceeded our expectations. It's right on the beach. There were enough bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas for all of us. The home was nicley decorated and had plenty of cooking and eating utensils as well as items for the beach. Also, the light switches were all labeled. The check in went smoothly as did the checkout. Communication with Evan was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this property. the t

Lots of issues

The house is really run down. The dishwasher broke Christmas Eve and the oven broke 12/26. Two bedrooms share a shower in a bizarre configuration, which really should be disclosed. The property manager was very nice and very responsive, and gave us 200 for dinner one night, which is a Roman definitely, but didn’t suffice for 7 people and we got nothing for the second night we didn’t have an oven. For the cost, I was very disappointed.

Perfect Host and Place

Evan is a consummate property manager, incredibly responsive during our stay! Even helped us unload! I think we had 14 but not seven couples. Sleeps four couples and eight singles. Great place, superb view, and close to Saint Augustine and PVB.

Best beach vacation yet! Evan (property manager) is very responsive to any needs you might have! Will definitely be coming back here! Everyone in my party of 10 agreed that this was the best place we’ve stayed! No need to have to bring anything with you other than clothes because everything is provided with the house!

Beautiful beach

Thirteen adults ranging in age from 19 to 75 managed to have a wonderful week at Vitamin Sea. There were some rain showers and some rip currents, but the group always found something fun to do that adapted to the changing conditions. The manager, young Evan Jordan, was cordial, when he visited on our arrival, and he saved us by bringing a plumber after we accidentally clogged the kitchen sink. It was a lovely week, and the family is anxious to visit again.

Family vacation

My family and extended family stayed a week at Vitamin Sea. The house was stocked very well with just about anything you need. Kitchen supplies, lots of towels, wash cloths, hand towels and beach accessories such as chairs, umbrellas, toys, fishing poles etc. Location to the beach is fantastic. Just what we wanted. There is a pretty steep short incline to go up and down. Wasn’t a problem for us but someone elderly or w/mobility issues might have a problem with this. The only negatives I have is they had a sewage back up problem in the front of the house that faces the highway. It kept running into the driveway and it smelled continuously. The next door house also had this. I think it might have been a city problem. But still was a pain. The WiFi was an issue. It never wanted to stay connected consistently. 2 issues with a few of the rooms. Downstairs you have a room with 2 sets of bunk beds that has a door that connects to another room. That other room is where the bathroom is. So whoever stays in the bunk bed room has to go through the other room to use it. But if you had kids in that room that would be great. Also, the laundry room is connected to the bunk bed room. 2 rooms upstairs are connected by a shared shower. You have your own toilet. Never seen this before. All the bathrooms are really small. The master bedroom has a fantastic view of the ocean. Love the long deck. This house would be perfect for a big family with children.

Wedding on Vilano Beach

Let’s say that having my family together was priceless. The views from the Vitamin Sea property and especially its deck were incredible. Property management was so responsive it blew me away. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an oceanfront VBRO vacation home in the Saint Augustine area to take a hard look at Vitamin Sea VBRO.

Amazing vacay

The house was roomy and beautiful! The porch overlooking the ocean was a great place to watch the sunrise and have a cup of coffee. There weren’t any stairs off the deck so it was safe for little kids and our dog. Loved it!

Family Fun- Atlantic Ocean Style

Our family made wonderful memories during our vacation at Vitamin Sea. The beach was beautiful and was located right out of the door! The house is in a good location with the only negative being the proximity to the highway. The host was very accessible for our needs.

Great family vacation !

We had a lovely time at Vitamin Sea ! There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of bathrooms ! The location was close to everything and the views of the ocean were amazing ! I watched the sunrise everyday from the large deck overlooking the ocean . Our adult kids enjoyed boogie boarding in the big waves after hurricane Idalia .Evan was great and made sure we were ok during the storm . I would highly recommend Vitamin Sea !

Saturday-Saturday golf outing with retired Air Force Buddies

The property was the perfect place to relax after a full day of golf. The wind and surf take away the stress of the day. The owner was genuinely eager to insure we enjoyed our stay. The checkout process was smooth and easy as long as you follow house rules. Recommend for any group or family looking to get get away from it all.

Vilano Vacation

Evan was attentive easy to communicate with and the home was perfect for multi-generation families. This tall family was appreciative of 3 king size beds. Love Vilano Beach, it is the perfect place to escape. Vitamin Sea had everything needed for the beach with towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys. It was the perfect home away from home. The cold bottle of Pinot Grigio was a nice, welcome surprise after our long day of travel!

Vitamins Sea worked very well for our annual family beach vacation. We were sold with the THREE king beds!!! The house provided a variety of areas to hang out. The main living space was perfect when 10 adults and 2 children gathered together for meals and family fun. Location was prime. The house was as described although the “professional decorating”, albeit nice, did not appear recent.

Perfect Distance to Beach

We loved our stay at Vitamin Sea. The number of bedrooms was perfect for the 13 people who made up 5 families. The kids were thrilled with the bunkbeds. The short walk from the house to the sand made for a great distance to the beach. No more dreading the question, "I need. . (fill in the blank). Evan, property manager, was immediately responsive to our needs.

Nice home with amazing access to the ocean!

While this property was nice, I feel a better description of the bathroom and bedroom set up would be valuable information for renters. The bedroom with 2 twin beds actually shares a shower with one of the king bedrooms. Also, you have to walk through one of the queen bedrooms to get to the bunk bedroom. The laundry is also located in the bunk bedroom. We were able to make the set up work, but with multiple families and ages staying, it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. The only porch is very narrow which makes it hard to sit outside and talk. There is definitely room for upgrades in this home, especially the deck. While we were there we had an unfortunate incident with the septic system, however, Rick had someone there the next evening to repair it. We did enjoy our stay at this property and I would recommend it.
