Situated steps from a private association beach, only one mile from the Provincetown town line, Leo do Mar has plenty to offer. Explore the tranquility of Truro and its stunning bayside and oceanside beaches, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, and many other hidden gems. A quick jaunt into Provincetown opens you up to fantastic shows, shopping, art studios, dune tours, whale watches, restaurants and nightlife beyond your imagination, and so much more.

Such a lovely, comfortable, pristine clean cottage. It has everything we needed…the bed was very comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, and the seating area is perfect for some late-night relaxing. And the convenient dedicated parking is a big bonus

The cottage was perfect for our stay! It’s cozy, well-kept, and only a short drive to Provincetown, which made exploring the area really easy. We especially loved being able to hear the water at night. The only thing to note is that the street in front of the cottage was busier than we expected. The first night we slept with the windows open, but ended up closing them the following night because the sound of cars passing by was noticeable. Overall though, it was a wonderful stay and a great base for our trip!

Awesome beach getaway for two

We had a great time during our time here. The place was clean, comfortable, and was equipped with many different amenities to support our stay. Would definitely come back, and would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Perfect studio cabin in a great location

The cabin while small provides everything you need, it's stylish and cozy. Bay beach across the street is convenient. Location in n truro is perfect for exploring cape cad spots east and west. Especially ptown, to which you can take a shuttle bus! Host was excellent as well!

Cape Cod cottage

This cottage was perfect and clean. Had easy access to local areas of interest. Our stay was 1 day after Hurricane Lee, Peter stayed in touch with us before and during our drive to let us know the local weather. Would recommend this cottage.

Incredible cottage

We had an amazing stay at Peter’s cottage. The location was perfect, was able to hop the bus to Provincetown easily and enjoy the great restaurants and town. The cottage was exactly what we hoped for. It was equipped with everything we needed and decor and layout was awesome. Bed was super comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay here, hope to come back next year!

Adorable cottage

We looked forward to the trip for months. The cottage was even more welcoming and beautiful than expected. Comfortable and well decorated. We didn’t want to leave! So we will definitely come back to the same place next time. Like home away from home. A huge thank you❤️

Heaven on Earth

This little cottage packs a powerful punch!! It is well appointed. I could not think of one thing I needed that Peter hadn’t supplied. The view is spectacular. There’s is nothing like feeling the ocean breeze coming thru the windows and enjoying morning coffee in the back seating area. If I could give Peter 10 stars for being an exceptional host I would. Communication was excellent. I certainly look forward to returning next year. It was a pleasure to stay here and experience top notch hospitality. Thank you again Peter.

Just right

Cottage exceeded expections. Well designed with everything I needed and some things that just made it particularly nice. White terry cloth robes for the outdoor shower felt luxurious. Water's edge is a 30 second walk across the road. I was sitting on the beach with my morning coffee and for the breathtaking sunsets over Provincetown. In between it was lovely to swim right there. Close, of course, to all kinds of wonderful beaches and activites...but pleanty for a quiet getaway right there. AC, ceiling fan, and small heater meant comfort was always available. Peter was welcoming and very responsive. I would love to stay there again.

Great place on Cape Cod

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was clean, easy to find, and nicely set up. Very easy to navigate to the different parts of the Cape, including Provincetown, and the walking trails and beaches that are part of the national seashore. We especially loved the lighting inside! It was so nicely done. There was an air conditioner provided, but we didn’t need to use it because the place cooled off so nicely with just opening the windows and turning on the ceiling fan. It got a great cross breeze for fresh sea air! Our only complaint would be the road noise on what was likely a busy weekend. Sometimes when cars drove by it would almost shake the cottage. Obviously not the owners fault! Loved it here and would absolutely stay again!

Just a very relaxing and easy time away- the sweet cottage, complete with everything we needed, was perfect. And the peaceful beach directly across the road from it, was pretty special too. Peter was incredibly helpful, ( We’ve stayed in the area in the past, but his recommendations were the best!) quick to respond, and very kind. Very much looking forward to staying here again in the future!

This cottage is enchanting - from the moment we walked in we could feel how much love went into curating this adorable space. I was worried about storage for our clothes and was very pleasantly surprised by how spacious the drawers under the bed (they're huge and deep) and closet were. My only reservation in recommending this space is that I'll have more competition when I go to rent it next time!! :-)

Just right for the two of us

We stayed a week in this cute cottage on the bay. It had everything we expected and needed. We use the outdoor grill twice. The kitchen had what we needed for coffee, breakfast, and prep.On top of the location, we enjoy the presence of an outdoor shower with privacy. The neighbors are all pleasant, it’s a no hassle experience; including the access to the beach in the daytime or at sunset.This was our second stay so we didn’t need to reach out with any questions. However, I felt our host was always available as we messaged back-and-forth a few times during the day, really just checking in.
