The property was as described. The location was excellent for us as we took both our dogs. The fenced in back yard was perfect and a great location if you take your fur babies. We enjoyed walks to the beach several times per day. The owner was very receptive through the entire process. Rent this place as you will not be disappointed!

Family fun!

Our family loved our stay. Home is convenient to boat ramp, restaurants, fort macon, and shops. The hosts were easy to reach and we had no issues. They even provided a sweet welcome card and more! The property is beautiful and clean! Recommend highly and have saved for future trips!

Relaxing

Property was good fit for us and the pup. Host provided lots of little extras that were appreciated. Good communication. The view across the sound to Morehead waterfront is great, especially at night. The walk to the beach for those with reduced mobility can be a problem. It was not an issue for the rest of us.

Family time

The home was beautiful and numerous items were already supplied such as toilet tissue, paper towels, detergent, beach chairs, etc. The property owner also replied to any questions immediately. Our family enjoyed a wonderful week of relaxation and fun!

Perfect getaway

Very cute house, well appointed, w a spectacular view of the sound. The weather did not cooperate much of the time but that didn’t stop us from chillin’ on the deck and drinking in the beauty of Mother Nature. It was just a short walk to the beach w easy access. Our stay far exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to the wonderful host. 😎

Outstanding beach getaway

The house was perfect; better than described, in fact. All the necessities were present - linens/towels, a well stocked kitchen, and other miscellaneous items. The furniture was comfortable and the fenced yard perfect for the dogs. The location is convenient to the beach and the sound views off the front porch made for a great place to sit and relax in the mornings or after a day at the beach. Will definitely look to make a return trip!

Awesome Vacation Getaway

Excellent property with all of the amenities. Great views of Bogue Sound, loved watching the boats and the birds navigating along. Looking forward to returning next year. Host response was awesome, highly recommend!

Great house and location for a beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The beach decor was great, and it had all the necessities for your stay. The location was terrific. Sitting on the front porch each morning and evening taking in the view of the sound was very relaxing.

Beautiful home away from home

My group of coworkers had a week of vacation from work and very short notice found this beautiful property. Jennifer was extremely kind and very helpful during the booking process, and also gave us plenty of recommendations of things to do on the island. The house was nothing short of a beach getaway, with lovely and clean rooms, themed decor, and some amenities to get us started (toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.) The maps provided were super easy to follow and was a very quick walk to the beach. We were also able to see fireworks on the 4th of July right from the front porch which was a huge plus! 10/10 would definitely recommend this stay!
