Outside, you'll discover a pool area where you can soak up the sun or take a refreshing dip to cool off. The pet-friendly amenities, including a BBQ grill and beach equipment, ensure that your furry friends can join in on the fun too!

With the beach just a short walk away, you can spend your days lounging on the sand, swimming in the ocean, or exploring the nearby eateries and activities. From beachside restaurants serving fresh seafood to water sports and seaside attractions, everything is within easy reach.

Guests will have full access to all spaces within the rental property, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, outdoor amenities, and any shared/common areas. Enjoy the complete comfort and convenience of a home away from home during your stay.

Everyplace is accessible by car or you can rent a golf cart!

Additional Services & Policies

We want to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! The following services are available for an additional fee:

Early Check-In: If available, early check-in can be arranged for a $45 fee. Please contact the host to check availability.

Pet Policy: A $100 additional fee applies for a second pet.

Trash & Recycling Pickup: Trash pickup is on Tuesdays. No need to worry about taking the bins to the curb—we have someone who will handle that for you and return the cans after collection. We just ask that you place any bagged trash in the designated outdoor bins before pickup day.

Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: For stays longer than 28 days, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply. This ensures the home remains fresh and well-maintained for your extended stay.

Bicycle Rentals: Bicycles can be rented and delivered to the property. Contact the host for pricing and arrangements.

Beach Equipment: There are four beach chairs, a wagon and 10 beach/pool towels available.

Baby Equipment: Need a crib, stroller, or high chair? Baby equipment can be delivered upon request. Let us know in advance to arrange delivery.

Grocery Delivery: Arrive to a fully stocked kitchen! Grocery delivery is available—just let us know your preferences.

Golf Cart Rental: Explore the area with ease! Golf carts are available for rent. Contact the host for details.

Event Planning: Celebrating a special occasion? We can assist with event planning to make your stay even more memorable.
