Parking is available for one vehicle per unit. Prior to parking in the space, please alert me so I can arrange. Guest vehicles will be subject to tow at the owner's expense if the vehicle is not preapproved, so please make sure that you follow my directions properly and also only park the vehicle that you have registered. Your vehicle may be towed if it is parked in violation of rules and signage or in an unauthorized location. Violations of any of the Community Rules may result in a $500 fine per occurrence, may be reported to Airbnb Community Support, and may result in a negative review.
