Luxury Arrowhead Home with Hot Tub and Sauna

This modern Poconos home awaits you. Nestled in the beautiful, gated community of Arrowhead Lake with game lands in the backyard. The home boasts over 1600 sq ft, a hot tub, sauna, private deck and an open interior that floods with sunlight. With a fully stocked kitchen, BBQ grill, and meat smoker the options are endless. Visiting in the winter? Rest assured that you'll be close to 3 major skiing resorts and Kalahari.

House is bi-level. 5 bedrooms total. Lower level has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upper level has 2 bedrooms with game room, kitchen, living room and full bathroom. Entrance to the deck is from upper level or from outside. Entrance to hot tub room is from upper level or from backyard.

Rainy day? Spend it relaxing by the fireplace with the YouTube TV equipped smart TV or in the game room with foosball, air hockey, and slots. Play provided board games, do a puzzle from the collection, or pick a book to read from our small library.

Why leave your furry friend at home? Up to 2 pups are welcome to come with you, pet fee applies, pending approval.

COMMUNITY FEES (mandatory, not included in booking price):
Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival):
1) Temporary membership:
a) IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per
person, per week.
b) OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day.
c) Children under 6 are free
2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay
3) Administration: $20 one time, per stay (Non-refundable)
4) Late fee (for registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100

NOTE: All fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments less than 1 day prior to arrival.

We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names.

Upon arrival, you will have to go to Rental Office to obtain your gate cards. Office open 10am-10pm. Let us know ahead of time if you plan to arrive after 10pm.

Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall.
Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT.
Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity.
