Originally constructed by combining units 32-D and 33-D, our space features elevated ceilings, top-floor privacy, and an artful design with all essential amenities. The Sun Vail condo offers an exceptional layout, complemented by new stainless appliances, including a wine fridge, and smart TVs in every room. The open floor plan fosters a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for socializing by the fireplace after a day of skiing. Revel in the comfort of new leather furniture and a large flat-screen TV in the great room. Step outside onto our two expansive patio decks, each equipped with a gas grill and comfortable furniture, offering panoramic views of the village and the majestic ski mountain. For an extra $20 per night, guests can secure a ski locker at Vail Ski Tech in Lionshead Village. Please note that the home is located on the top floor with no elevator (2 flights of stairs). Luggage assistance is available upon request between 8 am and 10 pm.

The 3rd and 5th bedrooms share a bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has it's own bathroom, but it is across the hall.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
