The master bath has a large jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. The second junior suite has 2 queen beds with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and twin over twin bunk beds with a full bath right next door. Large closets offer plenty of room to handle whatever you bring with you. The utility room has a full-size washer and dryer with a few beach chairs and pool noodles. Everyone has a seat for dining with 4 beautiful chairs at the counter and seating for 6 at the table. The private balcony can be accessed from 2 bedrooms and the living room. You will have amazing views of the pond with a fountain, estuary, and sunsets! There is also a screen, so no bugs!

Interior amenities include WIFI, cable, hair dryers in each bath, drip coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, DVD player, stereo, and board games. Beach essentials include beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, boogies boards, pool noodles, a cooler, and a Bocce ball set.

Oceanwalk Condominiums, located on the south end of New Smyrna Beach, offers a luxurious and active lifestyle with 2 clubhouses with heated pools and hot tubs, and BBQ areas. Each has a fitness facility. There are tennis courts and basketball courts with lighting, 2 shuffleboard courts, and a bocce ball court. There is also a sauna and a nature trail that stretches along the estuary on the backside of the property. The white sandy no-drive beach is just a 2-3 minute walk away.

There is so much to do in New Smyrna Beach. Within a short drive or bike ride, you can find wonderful shopping, dining, brewery, and art galleries on Flagler Ave, Canal Street, and 3rd Avenue. Cape Canaveral National Seashore is very close to quiet, private, and beautiful beaches. You can rent paddle boards and kayaks at JBs Fishcamp for a nice ride on the Indian River and then stay for lunch or dinner. Blue Spring State Park is an amazing place to see the manatees and much more. The fishing in NSB is some of the best in the country because of the richness of the waters and the diversity of fish.
