The full kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and cookware as well, so there will be no need to head out for meals each night. Keeping swimsuits fresh will be a cinch with the private washer/dryer available, and everyone will stay entertained with TVs and free WiFi!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect for the family

Even on the cold windy days in December we had a great view, heated pools and hot tubs. Perfect Christmas getaway for the family. Ricks next door had the best food, even compared to the high dollar restaurants...

We all had a really good time. Just the relaxing atmosphere we needed. The check in and check out was flawless. The parking situation was also awesome compared to other condos we've stayed in. Overall we'd definitely stay again. Thank you!

Cheer(s) for a short weekend in FL

Beautiful property with the most lovely view. I was able to snap a nice night-time photo of the lite up bayside area upon our arrival and just before the fog rolled in. Our stay was short just to attend a weekend cheer competition. We lived our experience at Destin West.

Great location; easy check in

Great property. The lazy river was being cleaned and not operational but the heated pool and hot tub were perfect. Lots of kids at this resort so if you want a kid free experience, this isn’t the place for you.

Great location and amenities. The condo was had everything we needed. The condo floor was not very clean. We had a couple of issues but the management company took care of them. Would recommend this place.

Awesome Views!

Great location, great amenities and what a view. Nicely updated condo (outdoor furniture should be next, along with additional towel hooks in Master Bath - command hooks would work there)! Bunk bedroom is an actual bedroom, rather than a hall closet, a nice touch. Would plan to stay here again next time we are in town.

October beach visit.

Great condo. Roof top is beautiful especially at night but would prefer a larger patio since that is shaded. My daughter and family did not come because got sick. I guess I should have purchased insurance. But two people from our larger rented condo went there and stayed at night.

Perfect stay!

This property has the best views from the rooftop terrace, you can see the sun rise and set. The kitchen is fully stocked to make cooking easy and convenient. The lazy river, pools, hot tubs, etc were all very relaxing (it’s definitely a family friendly environment). The walk to the beach is super easy via the pedestrian bridge so no need to wait for traffic! So many places nearby to walk to as well. The only negatives for us were the creakiness of the full bed (even just to roll over it was so loud) and the fact that there wasn’t a full length mirror. 10/10 would stay again though!

We immediately noticed the floors. The floors were so dirty when we checked in. We tried to sweep, but had no dust pan. The beds were uncomfortable, especially the pillows! If you stay here, bring your own! Lastly, the dryer sounded awful… For the price, it was just ok. Enjoy your stay!

Best Vacation Ever!!!

I told my husband I want to buy a Condo in here! lol... We loved it over all, we had so much fun!!!!.... The unit needs some updates and more furniture to unpack our clothes. The outside furniture needs to be replaced asap. The penthouse area needs to be cleaned and it would be great if they had a grill out there but they don't currently. Fyi bring everything you need to make your meals there's no salt, pepper, oil, tin foil, ect... But we really couldn't complain about much else! I'm booking for next fall already.

Almost everything was good

We loved the property. It was great! The floor was not very clean though. There were sands and the floor was dirty. We had to clean them. Also, property office staff gave us wrong information that we needed wrist bands for all family members. But we only got 4. We contacted Vacasa and they said they contacted the local staff. We contacted several times since 5pm on Monday. They contacted us 17 hours later. I don't think it's very responsive. Well it turned out that the property office staff gave us wrong information. We only needed wrist bands for 13 or older. So we were fine. We were able to use the swimming pool. But we weren't on Monday. The unit is in good condition in general, but it needs some repairs such as the entrance door, bathroom tiles, etc. Anyways, we loved the property, especially the swimming pool with the lazy river. It was well maintained. It was also great that we were able to access the marina!

Wonderful Perfect Location

This unit was perfectly located with a great view of the pool and bay . Great place for both adults and children. The only thing is the condo could use a little updating. But for the price you can't beat it !!!

We loved the view . Surrounded by ocean view. Pool is amazing. Very relaxed atmosphere. Was raining 2 days and they closed the pool . Should be open as long as not lightening.

Beautiful and comfortable unit with an incredible poolside view.

This unit has an incredible view with a rooftop patio and fun amenities for the family. We will be doing our best to make this an annual destination.
