Meillä on ehdottoman ihanteellinen sijainti ... upeat näkymät ja mukavuus myös.

JA koti on kokonaan uusittu. Joten varaudu nauttimaan monista uusista parannuksista - kovista puulattiat, keittiö, jossa graniittitasot, uudet ikkunat, kierrätetty puukato ja palkit, päivitetyt yksityisen makuuhuoneen / kylpyhuoneen sviitit läpi, uudet huonekalut, pelihuone biljardipöydällä, pingispöytä ja lisää....

Aloita päiväsi katsomassa upeaa auringonnousua Electric Peakilla (yksi Yellowstonen kansallispuiston korkeimmista vuorista) heti aamiaispöydältä, ja omaisuuden virtaavat Yellowstone-joen lempeät äänet. Lomamme on kyydissä Yellowstone-joen yläpuolella, josta on laaja näköala Yellowstonen kansallispuistoon. Villieläimet ovat runsaasti! Katso kotkat, kalasääski ja korvet nousevat joen yli. Ruokasalista tai kannelta takaapäin olemme seuranneet susipakkaa ajoavan ja laskevan piikkikorun, joen kaloja kalastavat kotkat, piisonikarjat laiduntamassa, joen yli uivat hirvet ja piikkikärki synnyttävät kaksoset! Et koskaan tiedä mitä saatat nähdä - se voi olla uskomattoman villielämän kohtaaminen tai yksinkertaisesti pelkojen innostava vuoristojen ja joen kauneus. Näkemyksemme on etelään päin, joten siellä on paljon auringonvaloa kastetta koko päivän ajan. Päivän lopussa grillaa pihalla ja anna lasten leikkiä keinutetissä tai vain istua kannella katsellessasi auringonlaskun heijastuksia joelle ja nauttimaan 'suuresta taivaasta' näkymistä Montanalle ja Yellowstoneen.

Kiinteistön mukavuus tekee lomastasi yksinkertaisuuden ja rentoutumisen. Voit kävellä myös ruokakauppaan, ravintoloihin, jäätelöön ja pizzaan ... tutustu kirjakauppaan, lahjakauppoihin tai jopa koskenlaskua tarjoaviin asustajiin, joissa he "sopivat sinulle" ja vievät koskenlaskuun joen rannalla, aivan lomakotisi! Elk Riverin taidestudio ja galleria ovat aivan vieressä (tässä meitä!), jossa luomme taidetta, jota inspiroivat maisema ja eläimet, joita koet matkasi aikana Yellowstoneen. Hieman kauempana, Rooseveltin kaari Yellowstonen kansallispuiston pohjoisessa sisäänkäynnillä on vain mailin päässä. This was a perfect place to stay for our large extended family. The house is beautiful and has so many fun things to do. Gardiner is a great place to stay to visit Yellowstone and has lots of other fun activities. There are a number of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The elk all over town were wonderful.

The house was great for a large multi-generational vacation. The view off the back deck was incredible and the large kitchen/table made dinners together delightful. The host was incredibly responsive to questions and offered helpful suggestions. The nearness to Yellowstone was absolutely ideal. It was a great house and a great vacation!

Great location, very relaxing and beautiful view. Very spacious! the only thing that I was disappointed in- how close the houses and town was to the house. The pictures taken make it look like no one else was around the house, when in fact there is a hotel and stores right across the street. So that part was disappointing, no mention of any of it in the listing.

Dads 80th Birthday

You are impressed with this beautiful home the second you open the doors, the view is absolutely gorgeous. The home was spacious enough for our 9 adults, we never felt crowded. The kitchen has everything you need should you decide to cook, we did 3 nights, there was plenty of plates for dinners and breakfasts.Dorothy was helpful and kind enough to help me find a lady in town to bake a cake for my dads 80th birthday. I honestly can't say enough about this property, the owners are artists and you can tell by all the details they put into it,the locals call it the art house.The Yellowstone river is right outside, with the windows open you can hear it flowing, you can sit outside and watch the rafts going down the rapids. On our last morning there was an elk right outside my sister's window. The house is located close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping.Our family didn't want to leave, we cant say enough about this spectacular home.worth every penny.

Awesome stay on Yellowstone River!!

This property was hands down our favorite VRBO stay. Not only was it perfectly located to the north entrance of YS, it was clean, beautiful and great working with Dorothy and Shirl. We highly recommend this place and would stay there again ourselves. So beautiful!!

Great View

We enjoyed our stay. The view of the Yellowstone River can't be beat. While drinking morning coffee, I watched an elk go down to the river, drink, swim and roll around on its back. We used the three upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs rooms were a bit cold despite turning the heat on. High quality appliances and a well stocked kitchen. I would stay here again.

Another trip

This is our third time at the property. As always, we had a wonderful stay. And we’ve seen so many remarkable things from the house, including the birth of baby pronghorn. Dorothy, the manager, is great. Always prompt to respond, and she made lovely scones for us which was an unexpected treat!

Great Time!

Excellent stay - great first time for visiting Yellowstone! House was nice - beautiful kitchen, and an awesome deck overlooking the Yellowstone River and the Gallatin National Forest. Our hosts were very gracious and helpful. If you have a large family and want to visit Yellowstone this property is perfect - plenty of sleeping spaces and a very good sized home to accommodate everyone.

Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The set-up, location and atmosphere was perfect. Upon arrival delicious scones were left . Dorothy was super and extremely helpful in providing any assistance. She even dropped off a wonderful treat of caramels. Our time in Yellowstone was enhanced by staying here. We loved coming back at the end of the day to relax. The whole family ages 21/2 to 67yrs loved this house. We can’t recommend it enough!

Family getaway

Stayed in this lovely home with our 4 adult sons and a few significant others-have never vacationed with all my kids as adults. WONDERFUL place. Extremely clean and right on the river. Location couldn’t have been better. 5 minutes to north entrance of Yellowstone. Everything we needed in a great kitchen, several places to hang out. Lots of privacy with each of the 5 bedrooms having their own bathrooms. Dorothy went the extra mile with coffee and scones and lovely birthday flowers and sign for me-loved it. Thanks for sharing your lovely place!

Amazing House right next to North Entrance

5 stars all the way around! The house was fantastic! Location is amazing - just a short 1 mile to North Entrance of Yellowstone. The house is well stocked and has amazing views of Yellowstone River with lots of wildlife to search for. Dorothy is a phenomenal host who provides personalized service and was very responsive to all of our questions.

Amazing Yellowstone Lodge

Right on the banks of the Yellowstone River. Perfect for fishing and viewing wildlife. On the edge of the town of Gardiner, the North entrance to Yellowstone Park. All the conveniences of a small, friendly, town, with total privacy. Having five bedrooms ALL with their own private bath was an amazing convenience. Highly recommended. Dorothy the property manager was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING FAMILY TRIP!

This house is amazing. We had our annual family of 11 trip to Yellowstone and stayed at your wonderful home. We could not have asked for a more breathtaking view and loved the open spaces within the home. Also loved that all 5 bedrooms had their own bath, (and all were large beautiful baths). We saw so much wildlife outside our door and Shirl is so accommodating. We will surely come back again!!

Amazing views!

We loved how close this property is to Yellowstone’s north entrance compared to other listings, and it seems they have the best view in town! The mountains and Yellowstone River in the backyard are breathtaking. It was a bonus to have a well designed home with 5 beds and 5 baths for all of us to spread out, along with the owners artwork throughout. The kids loved the downstairs game room, and we loved the spacious and artistic dining room table and the stocked kitchen so we could make all of our meals in house and simply enjoy the view! Dorothy was an amazing host with communications and she left us delicious treats. We would highly recommend this property!

Amazing!

What a perfect place to stay. The views were spectacular. Had Elk walk across backyard. Elk in front yard. Plenty of room for all of us, 5 adults and 5 children. Easy access to North Entrance of Yellowstone. Enjoyed Yellowstone Hot Springs, only a 10 minute ride. And Dorothy was such a big help the whole year before we came. Always a quick response in an email, or even called me to tell me a few things. And the scones were delicious. The kids fought over who got seconds. And the pieces of caramel candy were a nice surprise. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Beautiful home and wonderful people

This house is absolutely stunning! The decor and attention to detail in the furniture and art added so much to the experience of Yellowstone! We loved the river outside and spent every morning drinking coffee and every afternoon watching the elk! Lots of room for the family and the pool table was a hit for game night! We lived the books, games and puzzles! Our favorite was the beautiful dining room table with Shirl Ireland’s art and imagination. Truly unique and stunning! If you fish, go to the old Yellowstone trail across the river and fish the Yellowstone!!! Finally, Dorothy made this visit extra special. She handles all of our questions quickly and left us wonderful scones! One of the best houses we have ever stayed in! We even saw a bear the last morning!!

Simply Amazing!

Property is amazing and so is the host! Walked in to a lovely note, fresh flowers and delicious scones. We traveled from the east coast, so bring well stocked was so important to us! Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Gorgeous views. We saw elk right outside within an hour of our stay. Location was perfect for bars, dinner, shopping, etc. View from the house could not be better. We were a party of 8 adults. We could easily spend time together or spread out. I could go on and on, def recommend this property!!!

I enjoy living in the midst of wildlife, surrounded by the beauty of the natural world - and take advantage of my Yellowstone 'back yard' (literally!) every chance I get. I paint outside in Yellowstone often and in my 'spare time', I hike, cross country ski, canoe and kayak.... and remodel ;)

We literally searched for years looking for 'the spot'. We are artists fortunate enough to live where ever we'd like. Our property is on the Yellowstone River overlooking Yellowstone National Park. The mountain and river views are gorgeous and we're at the edge of a wonderful, friendly small town. We can walk to the grocery store and Yellowstone National Park too! Hiking, skiing and soaking in the Hot Springs are just minutes away. Plus, we're close enough to take advantage of Livingston and Bozeman, MT - a couple great towns with good vibes and bigger amenities. You can get to lots of art, outdoor activities and shopping after a beautiful drive up Paradise Valley (aptly named). That's why we call our spot 'the center of the universe.'

Not too many places on this Earth have what we have. How many people can watch a wolf pack hunt, eagles and osprey catch fish, bison herds graze, elk swim and twin pronghorns born - right from their dining room window? We watch Electric Peak (one of the highest mountains in Yellowstone Park) as the sun rises it turns a beautiful 'morning pink' with the soft sounds of the river in the background. We can watch the sun set and turn the river to a ribbon of orange, then at night, with the moon above, the river again comes alive and sparkles with the moons reflection. How could we want anymore?
