Welcome to the Saguaro House! Located in Phoenix, close to Uptown and Biltmore, with tons of great restaurants and local shops nearby.

This bright, stylish space was remodeled for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. For starters, you'll love the outdoor entertainment space complete with a hot tub, life-size chess game, loungers and other games.

Your home is fully equipped with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. There is speedy WiFi, a flat-screen TV with free access to Netflix, Disney+, and local channels, and a full-size washer and dryer. You have one parking spot in the carport and one spot in front of the unit. You'll love the historic neighborhood and the patio space too! We trust you'll love your stay and hope you feel at home.

Overall, good!

Owners were very responsive. We had an exploded coke in our freezer at arrival and a dirty extra comforter (not easily obvious, had to unfold it to find where soiled) and the owners immediately worked to remedy/clean both. The house is really cute and clean. Do not love that there is another house right next to us, that is also a rental, and it's basically in what would be the backyard of the house - where all the outdoor fun is (jacuzzi, Connect-4, life-size chess). The neighborhood seems a bit up-and-coming, but there was no concern for safety and there are some really cute restaurants (and a GREAT brewery) that you can walk to.

Centrally located

Family stayed over spring break. Hot tub worked good and house fit well for our needs. Neighbors had some barking dogs but did get them under control. The outside area is shared with the other unit in the front but still worked fine for us as we had it to ourselves.

False Listing

Chose another stay! This house is nothing like the pictures or listing. The hot tub does not work and there are other reviews saying it didn’t work prior but the property management acts like it’s a brand new problem. We were lead on for hours that they were looking into it or would have a tech come to us to fix it. It’s the only reason we chose this house and we’re stuck with nothing to do. It’s also not a clean house. The towels have stains on them, along with the pillows. When we asked for a partial refund to stay elsewhere after not having a hot tub like we wanted and the dirtiness of the house they of course find reasons they can’t refund anything back. It’s also a joined property so there’s no privacy and the house is hard to access since you drive through someone else’s carport to get to your house, Wish we could of saved our one night out to ourselves for somewhere else! Save yourself the time and money and choose another property!

A fun place to stay!

The outdoor games were such a fun part of this rental experience. The hot tub was clean and comfortable, and it felt very private. The property is well signed, and the communication with the host was perfect. I loved the kitchen counter. It was great for serving food. We left very early in the morning, and really appreciated the coffee bar. The house is adorable and perfect for catching up with Phoenix friends and family. Also, odd but notable: the hot water and overall water pressure were great. The shower height was perfect for me at 5'6", but it would be difficult to use for anyone taller.

Comfortable stay

Very comfy beds, clean, convenient location. Had a great dinner at a local Italian place called The Parlor. Super fast internet. Really appreciated the snacks. Communication with owner was excellent. The hot tub was a no go. It has a really bad smell. Like the games and lights though.

Comfortable

Overall our experience was great. The only few hiccups we experienced was a laggy wifi connection initially but the host was quick to get on top of fixing it. I was surprised it was a shared property but there weren’t any issues with that honestly. The only small complaint I have is that the bedding left for the pull out couch, or rather a fouton as we discovered, had some dust and hair all over it. Glad we brought extra blankets. I can say though if you plan to have 6 people, make sure two people can fit on a fouton as I’m quite small and barely fit myself.

The only complaints that we had was the toilet paper was listed as premium and it wasn't even an entire ply. It was the thinnest roughest worst toilet paper I've ever been subjected to worse than a hotel. Especially when your pamphlets all say we were provided a premium product. We only had a very large and thick, hot comforter on the beds no sheets or light blankets as described. Definitely no good for the summers in Arizona. Aside from that the house was great just overpriced for the lack of amenities. The house was most certainly a little overpriced with the amenity issues with toilet paper and the bedding.

Not clean, did not stay, non-refundable

My family and I checked in and out within an hour. Some of the towels had stains on them, we found long hair on a towel, our feet picked up hair and dirt from the floor when we walked around and one of the comforters had a big stain. It did not feel clean even though it first looked clean when you walk in. While hosts (a company not an individual) were very responsive to our messages and pictures, and offered a cleaning crew, we checked out and booked a hotel instead at extra cost because it should have been clean when we arrived and it just didn’t feel like somewhere we wanted to stay knowing it had been not cleaned properly, especially for my kids. It was non-refundable and they also held a good size security deposit that they say will take up to 30 days to be refunded. They did not budge on it being non-refundable even though we had an issue with the cleanliness. But we could not stay. If you stay here, please check it has been cleaned and the towels and beds are in good condition.

FYI a shared property

I missed it in the description but was caught off guard that this was a shared property. It was well maintained, clean and recently renovated. The hot tub was the main draw for our stay here with the price unfortunately it did not work and there were no instructions for it. The welcome book seemed pretty thorough except it lacked info on the yard amenities (lighting, hot tub, etc.). It was late when we tried and were checking out in the morning so we didn’t bother messaging the PM. I had a prior inquiry and the PM was very responsive. Overall it suited our purpose but was disappointing we couldn’t enjoy the amenities.

Exceeds Expectations

Home was very welcoming and clean. Very well taken care of and neighborhood was nice. Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants all located within a few miles. Communication with host was easy and they always responded fast. Family loved the hot tub and games they had outside. Definitely recommend this spot to everybody.
