This unique home is just 2.5 miles from Lake Travis, 35 minutes from Downtown Austin, & a quick car ride away from all the attractions the area has to offer. Explore Volente Beach, Cedar Park Center, UT Football, Historic 6th street, Q2 Stadium, Zilker Park, & many more!

This beautiful, secluded treehouse offers natural beauty and a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy your cup of morning coffee on the large wraparound deck as you soak in country hillside views, complete with stunning sunrises & sunsets!

Located within 780 acres of bird sanctuary, including the famous Baker sanctuary, Our property is clearly marked to assure that our guests respectfully stay within our property lines and not infringe on the sanctuary itself.

Upstairs on the main floor are two bedrooms, furnished with one king and one queen bed, as well as a master bath and guest bath.

The third floor can sleep 7. It has a full-size bunk bed and a full-size day bed with a twin trundle pull out. There are endless entertainment options, including games, an arcade, Xbox, wii, record player, corn hole, darts, ping pong table,telescope (for those breathtaking starry Texas nights), outdoor movie projector & screen, and a TV in each bedroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is an outdoor grill on the back porch.
The fire pit is located down by the carport.
