Perfect for our family vacay!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was quaint and well kept. All the necessities were available in case we forgot something and the shade tent provided saved us from too much sun! I didn’t do my research well and thought we could walk to the sand beaches from the house, this was not the case but access to the beach was close and easy

Quite getaway

The house was perfect for us and our fur babies. It was beautiful inside and just as pictured. We had all the basic things we needed and within walking distance to the beach. We will definitely book again.

Everything and then some

Had everything we needed, including extra toiletries and hygiene products, convenient washer and dryer and beach accessories. Home was cute, clean and comfortable!

Clean place

Your property was very clean. The issues that we had were the showerhead needs to be replaced for a better water pressure. It took forever to take a shower because of that. I know this probably isn’t your issue, but the city of surfside needs to do something with the smell of the water. It was really really bad in the house. The TVs did not work correctly. They kept going on and off on and off you would be in the middle of a movie and it would stop. I need you have to restart it or wait. It was very frustrating.

Just what we needed!

We booked Kelsie's place for our annual girl's trip. We just wanted a nice place to relax and get away from our everyday lives...this place had everything we needed! So many thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Communication was great, check-in/out was easy. Hands own one of the best vacation rental experiences we've had. If we're ever in the area, we'd def love to stay here again!

Great little space

Loved this little property. Was very comfy for our group of 5. The basket of "extras" was great and came in handy as my daughter didn't pack her toothbrush. We liked watching the barges from the kitchen window. Unfortunately weather only cooperated the first day. That night some big storms moved through that surged the power and shook the house! That was a little interesting. The remainder of the weekend (Labor Day) was a washout....but of course out of the hosts control. We did enjoy the availability of the games and such though. My only suggestions would be 1. Spray for mosquitoes. I know they are unavoidable at the coast and it was unusually wet while we were there but they were absolutely brutal and impervious to the Off and Citronella....maybe they were a special breed. The second would be to allow guests to load and start the dishwasher vs having to run and unload. My only concern with that is you may end up with folks handwashing....say breakfast dishes or coffee cups from the morning of departure and you don't always know someone else's idea of clean. We would definitely stay again if it met the needs for our party and we were in the area!

Nothin but Good Vibes

Once we booked the Good Vibes home we were psyched. Immediately upon booking we received confirmation and details from our Hosts Kelsie and Haley. The home was great plenty of space and comfort. We had no issues with the home or our stay. Everything was seamless. We will definitely will book again. Thanks to our hosts for a great vacation.

7 minute walk from the beach!

The pictures are a great representation of the property. It’s small but cozy and worked perfectly for our family of 5 (grandparents, 2 children and myself!) The host really out did herself with providing everything you can imagine! Kid Utensils, pack n play, wagon, and beach toys! The house is very well equipped with all your kitchen needs! The property is not directly on the beach but it is a short 7 minute walk from the beach! We had a few minor issues including issue with the touchpad door lock and plumbing but the host addressed it immediately! Highly recommend for a beach getaway!

In the deck box (on the... deck) there are folding chairs, sand toys, a volleyball, frisbees, saltwater fishing tackle, and shade umbrellas.
There is a folding wagon so you can easily load up all of your desired amenities and wheel them down to the pedestrian beach.


We offer a baby monitor as well as a pack-n-play for your little nugget. The pack-n-play is located in the closet of the left bedroom, and the baby monitor is available upon request.
Just inside the front door is a cooler bag, a cooler with wheels to the left of the front door near the boogie boards. Yeah, there are boogie boards, too!
