Miramar Beach is one of south Walton County's distinct beach neighborhoods known for emerald water, soft white sand beaches, and luxury beach homes such as this one!

Grocery shopping is super convenient with Winn Dixie less than 2.0 miles away or Publix and Whole Foods less than 4.5 miles away. Take a relaxing walk to Whale’s Tail for coffee or cocktails to watch the sunrise or sunset. Head over to get some great seafood overlooking the Gulf of Mexico at Captain Dave's or The Crab Trap or for a romantic dinner, the Beach Walk Cafe at The Henderson is absolutely stunning at sunset. Enjoy hand rolled ice cream at Frozen Dune Rolled Ice Cream just .7 miles or a short 10-minute walk away. The Destin Commons Shopping Mall is less than 4 miles away and offers some of the best shopping and entertainment for the entire family to enjoy. Enjoy the day sand-free at one of the panhandle’s largest water parks, Big Kahunas, just a 7-mile drive! - Amenities include a private pool, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, 5 flat-screen TVs, free WIFI, covered front porch and screened back porch, air conditioning and central heating, laundry room with washer and dryer, linens, and bath towels. We no longer offer a BBQ grill.
- A camera is located outside by the front door and over the garage for additional security.
- An initial setup of amenities is provided: 1 roll toilet paper, 1 each travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap per bathroom; 1 roll paper towel, 1 kitchen hand towel, 1 kitchen sponge, small bottle Palmolive, 1 packet of dishwasher detergent and 2 kitchen trash bags; 1 single use box of laundry detergent
- BEACH/POOL TOWELS ARE NOT OFFERED - Pool can be heated for an additional cost.
- Driveway will accommodate 4 standard size vehicles.
- Fabulous Destin Beach location - Within walking, biking and golf carting distance of the beach with beach access.
- Less than .4 miles to white sand beaches and turquoise Gulf of Mexico waters!

**Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not offered as they are not permitted on the beach. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service**
