Tämä ei ole tyypillinen loma-asunnot kotiin, josta tulee ilmeisiä hetkellä koet sen. Lämmin, viihtyisä 6800 neliön jalka koti ja laaja ympäröivä puutarhat ja tontit luovat ainutlaatuisen tunnelman arvostetuille vieraille, jotka etsivät jotain todella poikkeuksellista. Jos vietät todellista laatuaikaa hauskaa perheen ja ystävien kanssa vertaansa vailla olevasta mukavuudesta ja kauneudesta, olet sen jälkeen, kun olet tämän jälkeen. 2019 on viiden tähden 5-tähden luokitus perheiltä, joilla oli ihania kokouksia täällä!

We had a wonderful stay! The backyard patio and landscaping made for relaxing evenings, and the kids loved spending time in the game room. The kitchen was so well thought out and had everything we needed — mornings were especially enjoyable eating breakfast while watching the bunnies in the front yard.Our trip to Colorado was busy with visits to Pikes Peak, the Zoo, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs, but coming back to this home each evening was the perfect retreat and a welcome break from Dallas life. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation spot

This is a beautiful house that is well maintained and filled with many amenities to add to your vacation enjoyment. We spent much time on the back deck eating meals or relaxing on the comfy lounge chairs. The outdoor heaters were a nice bonus on cooler nights too. There are plenty of games for kids of all ages to enjoy making this a perfect rental for a large family. The house has a great location too - minutes from the Broadmoor Hotel and close to many other Colorado Springs attractions. Thanks for sharing your home with us Bill and hope we can return again in the future!

Golf marshals

We were the marshal leadership team for the US Senior Open and needed a house that slept 7 adults. We wanted a nice home close to The Broadmoor Hotel and this fit us perfectly. Beautiful home with a fantastic back yard andcovered patio. Within walking distance of the hotel that has very nice restaurants. The Wi-FI worked great and garage was appreciated. Great game room too.

SUPERB PROPERTY!!!!

I just can't say enough good things about the beauty and location and function of this gorgeous home! The back deck is a slice of heaven and we enjoyed evenings by the fire pit and wonderful water fountain. The home is so beautiful and flooded by soaring windows and natural light, the beds were incredible and the game room downstairs was a huge hit for the children. Location is so perfect with being 3 blocks from the Broadmoore where we went for some wonderful meals and we saw beautiful deer walking amongst the English Garden from our breakfast nook every morning! The baby grand piano has a beautiful sound and makes for great family sing-alongs. This home is so skillfully decorated and had every amenity we needed. Truly, don't miss this home; and the big bonus is the personal communication from the owner and the sweetest property manager you will ever meet. Top notch service and quality!

Absolutely Beautiful Property

Family get away from the Texas heat including 6 adults and 3 children 3 and under. This 4 bedroom home with an additional bunk room in the basement was the perfect size! The basement has plenty of entertainment like a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey and shuffleboard and a large TV with movies and comfortable sofa. The grounds are immaculate and a great space for ladder ball and croquet. A very well appointed kitchen and large dining room was perfect for our size group. Great communication from the owner and the property manager. Home does have AC and split system units in the upstairs bedrooms. It was a wonderful trip!

Wonderful Colorado summer getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. We were grateful for its proximity to the Broadmoor as we were over there almost everyday to eat, to bowl and to walk around the lake. Our youngest daughter got engaged on Thursday evening there with the lake and the mountains in the background. It was amazing. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home as well. The rooms had ample space. We also enjoyed the activities in the basement. They were fun for the entire family. Lastly, no description of the stay would be complete without mentioning your beautiful gardens. They added a peacefulness to the entire setting. I especially enjoyed watching the humming birds come and bathe in your backyard fountain in the early morning. I was initially hesitant to book the property as it did not have a pool or hottub. However, that forced us to enjoy many of the amenities in the area that we might not otherwise have experienced (The Flying W Ranch, Focus on the Family, the Olympic Training Center, horseback riding, the Cog Railway, Seven Falls and a couple of other hikes and the North Pole theme park just to name a few). We would definitely stay there again should our family travel plans bring us back to Colorado Springs.

There is not a better way to visit Colorado Springs as every aspect of the house was amazing. The check-in process could not have been any easier thanks to Liz (the realtor). The house was immaculate, updated and well appointed. Everything was high quality from the beds, linens, kitchen, laundry and Wi-Fi. The game room in the basement and the outdoor fire pit were added bonuses. The location was convenient to hiking and restaurants. Had previously stayed at the Broadmoor Hotel, which is right around the corner, and this house is undoubtedly the way to go.

Perfect Vacation Home

Extraordinarily beautiful home and location. There’s were 11 off us (5 adults and 6 children - ages 6-14). It handled us nicely. The property was immaculate. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen to accommodate our meal needs when we were not traveling. Great location, in striking neighborhood, accessible to so many excursion sites (Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge, Mountain Zoo, etc.) We took advantage of game options (early AM and PM) at house: pool, ping pong, darts, croquet, ladder toss, chess, etc. Our adult runners found great running trails in a park close by. The gardens and landscape features around the house were beautiful and well-maintained - a mini botanic garden!! The adults enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening, after the kids had settled, chatting and sipping a glass of wine. The kids saw deer run through the yard and so instituted an evening “deer walk” to see if they could see more. The realtor, Liz, who checked us in-and-out, was lovely. All-in-all, a great experience. Highly recommended.

Outstanding 55th Anniversary Celebration

This was the most outstanding VRBO property we have ever rented. The home was very large and well appointed, it was like we were truly living in someone's home. The owner and both property managers were very easy to deal with and most attentive to our needs. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time. in CS and on the property. Beautiful place, perfect location!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Stayed with teen children and adults. This is the perfect place to stay in Colorado Springs. If you are thinking about staying at the Broadmoor, stay here instead. We were able to use all Broadmoor amenities including zip lining, restaurants, etc., except the pool… but had the space and privacy of this beautiful house for the family. We loved the bikes, toys, and game room in basement. House has almost historic feel but it’s modern and beautiful inside. We will definitely stay again! Host and agent were very helpful. Worth every penny for this place!

Fabulous home in Colorado Springs!

We book a home for our family vacation every year at different locations. We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was beautiful, spacious, and easily accommodated our family of 8 adults and 6 grandchildren. The children loved the game room with air hockey, ping pong, pool and a large screen television for movies. The adults enjoyed the beautifully landscaped yard for afternoon cocktails and a game of bocce ball. The location is excellent, and we walked to the Broadmoor a few times for dinner. Vivian the property manager was very helpful, and Bill the owner was gracious and accommodating. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Amazing Home and Gardens!

We have rented several Home Away/VRBO homes over the last few years when we have taken our grandchildren on a “grandkid vacation.” I think we all agreed that this was the best place we have stayed. There were no issues of anything not working properly or needing immediate repair while on the property and everything written in the VRBO description of the house and grounds was totally accurate. The home owner, Bill, and his property management team (Kathy and Vivian) were very helpful and easy to work with upon check in and check out. They contacted us ahead of our arrival by email and text. We felt very comfortable in contacting them prior to and during our stay if we needed to as well as with the owner, Bill. You will not find a home better equipped to stay in. It was amazing every detail that was thought of right down to phone charging pads in bedrooms and very generous supplies available for use. My favorite part of the stay was sitting out under the gazebo in the early morning with a cup of coffee and listening to the wonderful water feature and viewing the beautiful gardens with flowers and trees. Unfortunately the family wouldn’t let me sit there for too long! But sitting at the kitchen table, there is a lovely view to the front yard with more flowers and on two mornings we watched deer saunter along right in front of the kitchen window. Bottom line, this is a wonderful place to stay and we highly recommend it to everyone. We would love to come back and stay longer! Also, the house is so close to a lot of places to go. Do not miss the Cheyenne Zoo. It is fantastic. I say that having just been to the National Zoo in Washington DC which is fabulous. Thank you Bill, Kathy and Vivian for making our grandkid vacation even more special.

Home looks beautiful, however, we never used it, had cancellations at Broadmoor, so did not need the additional rooms for staff..maybe next year! Bill was a delight to work with.

Great family home with wonderful location

Our three generation family enjoyed last week's stay at this home. It was move in ready for the week, only needed to bring the food. The location was central to most activities in Colorado Springs and was excellent location for hiking the mountains. The home was excellent inside/out. We enjoyed the indoors, especially all the activities for the kids and adults alike in the game room and the outdoor patio area where we ate most of our meals and relaxed in off time. The landscaping was beautiful and very relaxing in the evenings. All family members agreed, they would love to stay here again. Wonderful experience.

Amazing home, fantastic location!! Amenities perfect for our large group.

From the very start... reservation to leaving, we had a wonderful experience. There were 10 in our group, ages 10 - 66. The home had plenty of room to spare and something for everyone to enjoy. They went above and beyond to prepare a surprise for my husbands retirement to be ready upon our arrival. Perfect backyard for grilling/hanging, kids playing, or simply admiring the beautiful grounds/gardens. Close proximity to everything we had planned to visit, just don't wait to the last day to enjoy the bikes, start each morning with a bike ride if you can. Recommend to everyone, you won’t be disappointed! We're already planning to come back.

Well thought out with lots of room to relax!

Bill should teach classes on how to make a VRBO home comfortable and a seamless experience. He was quick to respond to any need or question. Every detail was well thought out! We had everything we needed to cook meals each night which is not common in VRBO's. We relaxed in the extraordinary back yard and spent much time walking around the property enjoying the beautiful landscape. We spent the majority of our time outdoors which was the intent of our vacation. We traveled with two small children where being outdoors was essential and it was made even better by Kassie Bowen with BabyQuip who delivered a crib, a wagon and LOTS of toys. We have now found our favorite combination of house and Kassie to have a truly relaxing trip with children. Also, the Colorado Springs Airport was a traveler friendly small airport which was a nice surprise.

Our family loves Colorado and we live here in this beautiful home much of the year. One of the things we enjoy most year-round is hiking in the extensive trail system with the trail heads only a few minutes from home (really...like 4 minutes away by car!). The other thing we enjoy is gardening and we've done all the English garden planting around the property (a combination of perennials and annuals) ourselves.

Even in this town, it can get warm in the summer, so the fact that it is comfortably air conditioned throughout sets it apart from many homes - even the nicer ones in town. The thing that guests mention most about the property, however, is its wonderful back deck and lanai, comfortable loungers, and fire pit with gorgeous spring chairs, and bubbling water feature, all surrounded by beautiful grounds...they and their families just find it rejuvenating!
