Amazing view, great facilities. Nice living room in 3bedroom unit for family to gather and chat. Lots of rules and signs but very nice to have beach items there in locker. Lovely lanai and ok appliances; great washer and dryer.

Beautiful relaxing Ocean Front Villa

It was our first time staying up on the North Shore and we were looking for a place to spend quality family time away the hustle and bustle of our past Waikiki vacations. We definitely found it! Great location, super relaxing and a beautiful beach to enjoy right in front! The Villa was clean and had everything we needed, including the beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, and boogie boards. We ate at Roy's a few times, which was great but a little pricey. The food trucks were fantastic, but everything up there closes early, so just make sure you plan accordingly. My kids kids took surfing lessons next door at Turtle Bay and loved it! All in all, a great vacation and a great place to stay if you want to relax!

Perfect Paradise

We had an amazing stay with every amenity provided. The views were outstanding. The beach is a little rocky is some areas, so I recommend water socks. You could tell from the parking lot that the complex was full, but it was still so peaceful and quiet while we were there. Enjoyed every minute. Aloha!

Wonderful Staycation

We gathered to celebrate my mother’s 80 birthday and couldn’t have been better. We brought enough food to never leave the property for 4 days. My mother spent the tim sitting in the lanai watching the waves and people walk by. And the rest of us had a great time at the pool and at the beach. We even had a short visit by a Hawaiian Monk Seal. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing Trip!

My husband and I and our two older teenage children just returned from an amazing trip to Oahu! Our accommodations were beautiful and so well kept. The unit is very clean and had all the conveniences we needed for our trip! The storage locker was great! We used the umbrella and chairs several times along with the snorkel gear. We were on the first floor unit and I was a little concerned about bugs. We did not see one bug! We loved being able to walk out of our lanai directly to the beach! The unit is bigger than we thought and we had no problem with the four of us in it. We loved the lanai and had lunch out there several times. I would highly recommend this unit!

Incredibly accommodating and relaxing!

This was the perfect place for our family! We just loved spending our mornings eating breakfast on the lanai and appreciating each other's company. It was a huge bonus to have all the beach toys and chairs... made our beach adventures extra enjoyable (the umbrella saved us from a few heavy rain showers). Vince & Gina were quick to respond to any of our needs. Turtle Bay Resort is steps away to enjoy a massage as well. :)

Picture pecfect view.

This place had an amazing view and great people all around. The villa was absolutely equipped with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. The one thing I would do different is rent the bottom villa for access to the bbq grill and beach.

Perfect Location for relaxing in the beach

Our Villa 205, was perfect! The view was amazing and the beach was perfect for swimming. Lots of families and kids stay here. The pool is beautiful too. This villa comes with a stocked beach locker with chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards, football, frisbee, etc. Beach chairs are a $40 rental on the beach. We would stay here again for sure!

Excellent!!

My husband and I went for a last minute trip and this condo and the property were absolutely perfect. The condo over looked the ocean and it was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone! Vince and Gina sent an entire list of things to do and recommendations, which was very helpful.

Location, location!

Our villa (#102) was beautiful. The best part was walking out onto the lanai in the morning, coffee in hand, and gazing at the ocean as the sun came up (I'm an early riser). The villa was well equipped with "basics" - paper products, dish and laundry soap, and spices for cooking. Our best meal of the trip was the night my daughter bought fresh ahi direct from a fisherman in Kahuku. She used the available (shared) barbecue for the fish, and fresh Kahuku corn. Yum. Our villa was easy to find and access on arrival, and it was everything it claimed to be. When we discovered the weather stripping at the bottom of the shower door was missing, I emailed Vince and Gina. When we returned from Haleiwa a few hours later, they'd already had the problem addressed. Very helpful and professional. The grounds, pool, are beautiful and well maintained, as is the villa, and the beds (including the pull out sofa!) were very comfortable. Interestingly, in this luxury villa, the coffee and bedside tables were pretty worn and ugly. I mention this only because I suppose the reason the owners don't replace them is because people (unfortunately) do not tend to treat furniture in a rental with the respect they treat their own furniture. Clearly, no one ever bothered to use coasters on these tables, and it showed. This villa really is gorgeous and luxury. That's why I thought the tacky tables were so out of place. Not that it affected our vacation - obviously. But it is annoying that the lack of care and respect renters often exercise lowers the experience for the rest of us. Last thing - we were not able to book this villa for our entire stay. We spent an additional 4 nights at the Turtle Bay Hotel. While we loved the Hotel pool and amenities, and our room had a great ocean view, we all agreed we preferred the Villa over all. Great choice, I highly recommend you stay here!❤️. Thank you Vince and Gina for the lovely stay!

Direct Ocean View Studio Villas Beach Level, Second Floor

I took my 12 year old granddaughter to Hawaii for the first time in February. The view from our condo was picture perfect. In fact, I had a friend ask me if that was a photo I got off the Internet. Nope, just from my phone! The condo was very nice, clean, and right on the beach! Sunsets were unbelievable! The employees for our area were very friendly, helpful and wanted us to have a great time. We had such a great time!! I would recommend this property to anyone, and plan on going back my self one day.

Amazing! 2nd floor studio villa.

Our studio villa was absolutely impeccable. The studio was beautiful; the appliances were modern and the ocean view was incredible. Vince, Gina, and Kimberly were all very helpful. They helped answer any questions we had before making our reservation. Also, before our arrival they sent a detailed overview of the property, including, grocery store locations, restaurant recommendations, and suggestions for tourist attractions.

Wonderful short getaway

My wife and I stayed for 3 days in Villa 205. It was absolutely perfect. The unit was wonderfully clean and excellently appointed. Exceedingly comfortable. This is not one of the right next to the ocean modules, but had a great view of the beach. Wonderful ocean breezes. We didn't every turn on the A/C, though it is available, because the breezes kept the air circulating and nice. PLUS, the sound of the ocean is too delicious to give up, and we slept to the whoosh of the waves every night. The cleaning crew left brand new sponges and an unopened bottle of dishwashing soap, which I thought was a really nice detail. This studio villa is ideal for a couple. Neither more, nor less room than a couple would desire. The wood and stone floors, and all the wood paneling and granite countertops, etc. just made for a truly nice indoor environment. The managers are wonderful to deal with. We will be back.

Awesome!!

We had a great stay, but time went too fast!! Only had to contact the host once for a minor thing and issue was solved immediately. Great property and hosts!! we hope to come back here again soon!!!

I fell in love with Hawaii on a family trip when I was seven years old. I got married at Kualoa Ranch just a short drive from the Turtle Bay Resort and bought my 3-bedroom villa in the Ocean Villas a few years later. My parents loved it there so much that they bought a 4-bedroom for our whole family to enjoy together for family vacations! We started managing the Ocean Villas for other owners in 2005 and we now manage 18 of the very small community of villas. Almost my whole family is involved now. My sister Kimberly Perales is our reservations manager, marketing and advertising lead and accounts receivable. My sister Jennifer Liotta manages routine maintenance. We also have a few non-family members: Hagen, our on-island maintenance coordinator; Lea, reservations and social media marketing, and Joanna, our on-site cleaning supervisor. The villas are a special place for us all. My parents have traveled to lots of other resorts and islands but haven't found one that compares to the magical island feel of Turtle Bay. My sister Kim and her husband have two daughters who both love the heated villa pool and the sandy beach in front of the villas. I have a 16-year-old son who has grown up surfing, paddle boarding, and playing in the waters of Turtle Bay, and I have a 7-year-old daughter who just loves the pool and sandy beach too! We take family trips out there every couple of months. Our whole family travels there together at least once a year and we have countless special memories from each trip. Our villas are home to us, and I hope they feel like home to your family and friends too!

I picked the Ocean Villas at the Turtle Bay Resort because they have the best of everything that Hawaii has to offer. The location is remote, tropical and beautiful. There are tons of fun things to do there, I leave every trip wishing I had more time. There are great restaurants and shopping on site and close-by. It has a surfing and body boarding beach on the other side of the hotel, and a calm sandy swimming and snorkeling beach right in front of the villas that is great for babies all the way to seniors. We frequently get sea lions that rest of the shore and just a short hike past the horse stables you come to a bay where I almost always see sea turtles! There are two golf courses on site, horseback riding for adults, kids and even my baby went on a fun pony ride along the beach! There is 15 miles of hiking and biking trails, 5 miles of beach, Segway rentals kayak, paddle board and surfboard rentals and lessons, multiple tennis courts, a fitness center, we are close to Haleiwa with jet skiing, fishing tours, whale, turtle and dolphin tours, close to Kualoa Ranch, location for about 50 different movies, a historical WWII site with bunkers you can walk through, and an ancient historical burial site for the kings. You can go on challenging or easy mountain bike rides, ATV rides, horseback rides and jeep tours there. There is a cute macadamia nut farm close by and Dole pineapple plantation not too far away with the largest maze that you can walk/run through! Waterfall hikes and more! Outside of the location and amenities, I loved the villas themselves. They are five-star accommodations, meticulously designed with attention to detail.

Our villas are a second home to us, and we added all the comforts of home to them. We have a large storage room on site with extras of just about everything in the villa, from silverware, dishes, and coffee makers to a spare washer and dryer, so that if anything happens during your stay, we can get it fixed or replaced right away for you. Everything we use is high quality from the soft sheets to the silverware. Your comfort is important to us! You can have cleanings, towel service, or pre-stock of the villa before arrival for a fee. Our villas are located on the Turtle Bay Resort, so you have the added benefit of being in walking distance to restaurants, a couple shops, and tons of activities, but you don’t have to pay a resort fee!
