Tämä studio sijaitsee Destin West Beachissä ja Bay Resortissa Okaloosan saarella. Huvilasta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Choctawhatchee-lahdelle, Okaloosa-saarelle, Destinille ja Meksikonlahden smaragdin vesille. Nouse aikaisin henkeäsalpaavasta auringonnoususta tai katsele ilotulitteita Destinin sataman yli erityistilaisuuksissa. Tämä lomakeskuksen lahden puolella sijaitseva yksikkö on vain muutaman askeleen päässä sokerivalkoisista rannoista. Iso parveke on loistava paikka nauttia rauhallisesta aamiaisesta aamulla tai romanttiselle illalliselle illalla. Pysy viihdyttävänä 37-tuumaisella taulu-HDTV: llä, digitaalisella kaapelilla HBO: lla, DVD-soittimella, Nintendo Wii -laitteella, jossa on 2 ohjainta, 19-tuumaisella TV: lla sängyn alueella ja ilmaisella nopeaan langattomaan verkkoon. Destin Westin lahden puoleiseen lomakohteeseen pääsee nopeasti kävellen Highway 98 taivassillan yli. Lahdella on lomakeskuksen allekirjoitus Lazy River Lagoon. Great Condo in Perfect Location

We made a last minute decision to go to Destin West to meet some friends and I was scrambling to find a decent condo. I am glad I found this one, but the owners were great! They were so helpful in every way. As for the condo, it was adorable. They have really put some personal touches in this condo and made it feel like home. My boys loved the Wii as well. We will be back!

The walkable distances to restaurants, shops, and the beach was fabulous. The bayside is also easy to access because there is a crossover. I would stay again.

Great first experience at a condo rental

My wife, daughter, son-in-law, and myself enjoyed our stay tremendously. The condo was well portrayed in the HomeAway listing and the correspondence with the owner confirmed it all. Upon our arrival, we found that our entrance pass code would not work. This problem was quickly and efficiently taken care of. The inside of the condo was spotless and very inviting. The balcony view was breathtaking to say the least. We enjoyed the outlet mall, the Irish Pub in Destin, Howl at the Moon and oh yes the Lazy River. This was so relaxing especially because the temperature the week we stayed was near 100 degrees. We would absolutely recommend this condo to our friends. We look forward to staying again in the near future.

The weather wasn't great, but the heated pools and jacuzzies made it worthwhile. 58*-60* most days made getting in the water a tough one, but staying on the beach and having access to other amenities' across the street were great. Not very clean!!!

The dresser was (is) so wobbly it felt like it was going to fall apart, drawers didn't close all the way. The other closet dresser for hanging your clothes was so out of wack, the wooden bar fell out of the holder. Didn't even use the dishwasher, we got there and it had water sitting on the bottom of it, Not sure how long that's been in there! Could barely open the deck sliding door, it felt stuck every time. And finally, the black mold was a really nice thing to stare at every time we used the bathroom.

It would have been nice if you reserved a spot for those who bring their own beach umbrellas and etc. The commercial umbrella providers took up every spot that was water front and much of the second row leaving those of us with our own umbrellas no good spot for set up. We did notice the added security in the covered parking area which we really liked. Also the security to the beach access was good to see. Also, in the room the bottom of the wall between the tub and shower had mold. That should be removed and perhaps a piece of tile should be added.

Vacation/ Softball 2021

We came for a little vacation time and to play softball. Location was great for us. Enjoyed being on the beach and was a short drive to the softball fields. Condo was a good size for a family of 4.

No housekeeping the entire week we were there so this was a on going issue. Minor cosmetic touch ups in the bathroom would be nice not a must but something that should be considered.
