Then, prepare your culinary delights in the open and airy kitchen, with new high-end stainless appliances, ice maker, dishwasher, full-sized glass-top oven, and over-the-range microwave. Delight in a morning brew from the Keurig coffee machine or regular brew & grinder (bring your preferred: Keurig pods, beans, or pre-ground), while basking in the glow of the morning sun at our generous island prep station and breakfast bar. The mountains have been known to have power disruptions a few times a year, and no guarantees, representations, or technical assistance is available with respect to coverage or device settings. No abatement, set-off, or discount of rent shall be provided in the event Wi-Fi or streaming services are unavailable. If that happens, consider enjoying an old-fashioned book by the fire!
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
