E komo mai, welcome to Waikomo Stream Villas 302!

This 1-bd/1-ba condo is on the ground floor with landscaped views in the heart of sunny Poipu. The fully equipped kitchen has been renovated with new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The bathroom is updated with quartz countertops and a new vanity. The primary bedroom has a Cal King bed, TV, and access to the lanai. This unit sleeps 2 comfortably, and there is a console Murphy style queen bed with 6” memory foam mattress for up to 2 additional guests. For your convenience, there is a washer & dryer located inside of the condo.

Soak in the sun at nearby beaches or spend the day poolside, then relax with split air conditioning for your comfort in this updated condo featuring automatic timed candles for ambiance and artwork from local artist Martin Wessler displaying points of interest on the island. Explore the tranquil grounds to view the koi pond and greenery. Minutes walk to nearby Kukui'ula Shopping Village where you will find shops and popular restaurants, 10 minutes stroll to beautiful southshore beaches.

Great stay!

We spent the 2nd half of our trip in Poipu and enjoyed the vrbo. Its centrally located to shops and restaurants and is well stocked with anything you'd need. Maybe bring some earplugs so the roosters don't wake you bfore the sunrise!

Neighbor island get away

Our 4 night stay was perfectly located at this Poipu location. We had both NorthShore and West Side visits sharing Kauai with a family member first visit to the Garden isle. We shared down time in the evening at the condo which provided quality family experiences.

Great Location

This property is amazing. The unit is set in a private garden space. It is quiet and so well stock. About three minutes from bars, beaches, shopping and restaurants. There are chairs, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, and umbrella. Poipu is an amazing place to stay.

Spacious clean condo

Had a great 5 days here , location was great the grounds were beautiful the kitchenette had everything we needed . Was great having lawn chairs and boogie board for beach and cooler , only thing they didn’t have was a Kleenex box and sugar for morning coffee ,small problems 😊

Exceeded expectations

I imagined this would be a nice stay, in a nice condo, in a good area, but it exceeded all expectations. What a treasure of a place! Great unit, fully stocked*, comfortable bed, clean everything, great communication, amazing location.... If you're looking to stay in Poipu/Koloa just book it! *seriously, what rental has a salad spinner? This place had everything.

Excellent

We visited Kauai for our honeymoon and it was incredible to say the least. When we arrived at the condo, it felt very much like home. It was very clean and organized and had a lot of stuff stocked for use. The big sliding doors was a huge plus and loved the ac for those hot humid days. Thank you for opening your home to us, it was beautiful.

excellent quality apartment

Really lovely apartment - excellent quality overall - sheets, cutlery, crockery. All very nice. Management company quick to respond. Location is great, no sea view but you are only 2 minutes walk from the sea and you can walk to Poipu Beach. Good place to stay!

We loved pretty much everything about the unit: the laid back decor, the comfort and space, the beds… The only suggestion that would make the place even better, is if the sofa in the living room was a hide-a-bed instead of a regular sofa, since our teenage kids like to sleep in separate beds ;) The location is very good. There are a few nice beach options nearby. One of them, a nice sandy beach great for relaxing, is in walking distance. Others are for better for either snorkelling or surfing, not too far, depending on your taste.

Great Experience!

My family and I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience! The condo was clean and stocked with a full kitchen. It was also just minutes from Poipu beach which was perfect for us- we were able to see sea turtles come to the beach at sunset. When we notified the staff that one of the provided beach umbrellas was broken they were quick to get us a replacement that same day. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay near the beach!

Great spot

This unit was in an awesome location, close to several beaches and lots of shopping and restaurants that were walking distance from the condo. The kitchen was well stocked, AC worked great, bed was comfortable. Really the only drawback is that although the pool area was beautiful, it wasn’t heated and didn’t seem to get a lot of sun so it was not usable to us. Overall we would stay here again and do recommend it.

Property inside is excellent. It's a bit of a walk from the parking lot. Outside back patio, it would be helpful if the hedge were trimmed. Likewise, the bushes in front could be trimmed. As is, both front and back gave feeling of more enclosure than necessary. Otherwise we loved the property.

Mostly very good

The positive feedback in the other reviews is absolutely accurate — we couldn’t agree more. The property was thoughtfully equipped, right down to a digital clock in the bedroom, a small but much-appreciated detail that's often overlooked.That said, there were a few minor inconveniences worth mentioning. Out the back door, behind a hedge, there's a children's play area. While it’s not visible from the unit, the sound does carry into the bedroom due to the jalousie windows. Fortunately, the living room, with its solid glass doors, remains pretty quiet. The kids typically wrapped up their play around 9 PM, so it wasn’t a major issue for us, but we did hear neighbors in the adjoining unit getting frustrated with early morning noise around 7 AM and yelling at them to go back inside. Which they did.Another thing to note: the Murphy bed area doesn’t have curtains on the windows, which means there’s no privacy from the outside.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would return.

Extremely clean! Close to tons of shopping and food! Beautiful grounds! Well stocked with everything for kitchen, toiletries, laundry...etc! All the beach gear needed for a good time...umbrella, chairs, wagon!

Everything you need and more!

This property exceeded our expectations. My partner is one who loves to find something he's disappointed in and he said there was nothing he'd change. The unit is more spacious than the pictures and so well stocked it felt like home. We'd love to come back and stay here again!

Honeymoon Suite

My wife and I cannot express enough our positive experience staying at this condo. It was like a "home" to come back to after our island adventures. Everything provided as part of this condo rental was more than we could have hoped and planned for. I will recommend this rental location and company to anyone planning on visiting Kauai!

Lovely condo

We loved this condo so much the moment when we checked in. It’s cozy, clean, filled with artistic decorations! The location was perfect to the nearby beach, trails, and shopping center. We also toured the botanic garden, which is only 5 minutes driving distance! The roosters crowing within the resort were a little annoying for our 1st night. But we got used to it over time. Plus, the roosters were everywhere in any resort. The bedroom also provided ear plugs to cancel the noise. I also like the hanging ladder at the patio. So we hung our bathing suits after the pool. Overall, excellent place! It was hard to leave the property!
