Relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and well maintained. You could tell that the condo is well cared for by the owners. They are very communicative and the check in process was very smooth. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

So relaxing!

This property was walking distance to many stores and restaurants yet had the tranquility we needed with the waves crashing just outside our door. 2nd floor view of the ocean was the thing I most looked forward to every day! Property owner and manager were extremely attentive. We felt very welcomed! And the interior of the condo had modern, peaceful decor. Highly recommend!

Wish there was beach access from the property

We were looking forward to walking the beach in the mornings, but the beach is non-existent in front of the property. It’s rocky and waves crash into the steps all day and night. We could not access the beach as shown in the pictures of this listing. The pictures should be updated. We enjoyed our stay. The property is solid.

Great View

Amazing view of the water and sounds of the waves. The place was very clean and had all the basics. We liked having a blender for drinks at home. We only had one full day there and an activity planned but if there were more time would want to be alerted to the nice beach accessible by walking down the road away from kiosks (avoid them). the Wifi was inconsistent. I would recommend this place as a jumping off point. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect for what we needed

Great location for us. Close to Luquillo Beach and the kiosks but not right in it. Loved being so close to the water. The unit had everything. Although we ate out for every meal we could have easily cooked as well. The beach equipment came in very handy since we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. Our hosts were fantastic and were extremely prompt in answering any questions we had. We are already considering another stay as some point in the future.

Perfect!

We had never been to Luquillo before yet we managed to pick the perfect place for our stay. The minute we walked inside we felt so welcome. The house was perfectly decorated, impeccably clean, and well stocked. But the best thing was covered balcony where you could watch/listen to the waves. We had a rental car because we wanted to see El Yunque but the apartment was in easy walking distance to the beach and the kiosks. The owners were very accessible and willing to answer any and all questions. They are knowledgeable about the island and it is clear they love their island.

AMAZING

I can’t say enough about this beautiful property! My husband and I went for a short getaway and were looking to stay in a location that was close to it all- we were not disappointed. The property is literally on the beach, close to a local hotspot for food and water activities, and a short 15 min drive to hiking in the rainforest. If being busy isn’t your thing, say no more. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and set up to feel like your own luxury getaway. We will absolutely go back in the near future.

Amazing sunrise. We loved the beach right in front. Wasn’t many people to bother us. Very clean and had everything we needed. So many extra details this host provided. Great job!

Great place and location

The condo is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need for the beach. It’s a 15 minute walk along the beach to the kiosks and there are restaurants nearby on the carretera for any other meals. The beach is right on your doorstep. We loved it and would go back for another trip. Excellent hosts too, very available.

Relaxing getaway on the water

Perfect location for exploring El Yunque. ATVs, zip lining and water sport rentals nearby. The views are endless & private. The condo is extremely clean & well decorated with a washer/dryer. Fine dining at the Wyndham is only minutes away.

Beautiful Condo

When first pulling up the area seems a little sketchy but the condo is gated and is absolutely beautiful. I walked in neighborhood and still felt safe despite its appearance. The condo was stunning and very clean. The power went out for some time while there and the host was very responsive. We were looking for extra blankets and she brought some over. We absolutely loved it here. The view, the location, was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Luquillo. The space was very comfortable and worked well for our family. We loved looking out at the ocean and listening to the waves. We were hoping there was a little beach in front of the condo but the water came all the way up to the wall during our stay in April. It was nice to be able to walk to the kiosks for dinner. Other highlights from our stay include taking a 2-hr ATV adventure with Carabalí in the rainforest, taking a snorkeling tour to Icacos, and playing disc golf at Playa Lucia.

Thank you for the easy check in and check out. The place was charming, clean and has a beautiful view. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and walking distance to a beach since the beach was as still not accessible(we knew this was possible from the listing).

Very clean and great communication from owners. Sent easy to follow directions on how to access and appreciated all the recommendations in the area. Quarter mile walk to very nice large and secluded beach area with a beach bar/restaurant. Owners have most needed beach supplies provided as well. View from balcony feels as if on top of the water, very nice to end a evening on. Great stay for our family of 4.

Location Location Location

We couldn’t have asked for a better location in Luquillo. We were able to walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo was very clean and stocked with almost everything you’d need. I’d highly recommend staying here and we definitely plan on coming again.

Nice place with the surf in your ears

Clean small condo with a great view of the water and a nice outdoor patio to enjoy it by. A/Cs will keep you cool ( the kids room is warmest and has no ceiling fan so the AC needs to be set below 70 to get the room to cool down enough for restful sleep) The wispy curtains in the bedrooms could be replaced with more opaque blackout curtains to keep the early morning sun away from late sleepers but a minor quibble. The owner and co-host were very responsive on text throughout our stay and helped us with more than a few small issues while we arrived late at night and had to fumble about to get into our place; was really appreciative of their assistance and timeliness!

Perfect Oceanfront location!

I loved everything about this place! It is located in a small apartment building with a gated entrance so I always felt secure. the condo itself was literally on the ocean and my mornings were spent listening to the waves hit the shore. It was extremely clean. great beach vibe. the most responsive, informative and friendly hosts. we would definitely stay here again!! 5 out of 5 stars!!

Beautiful view of the sea! The great Flamingo beach is a short drive away as are other amenities like shops and restaurants. Evy is super respinsive. Great stay, thank you!

Amazing beach location

My boyfriend and I loved this place from the moment we stepped inside. The beautiful balcony view is spectacular. It is equipped with all the needs for cooking, beach time and any toiletries needed. We could walk to the beach where there are wonderful waves. We used host provided boogie boards. There were detailed instructions on how to enter with the key code and lock box. Very easy. The hosts are very helpful and responsive.

Best Family Vacation ever

My family of 6 (4 kids 10-18) loved it. Whether it was the location to get to all the major attractions in the area, or just staying in Luquillo and enjoying everything it has to offer. The owner is awesome, and offered great beach accessories to use. We hope to come back soon, I will definitely recommend to others.

Great condo with an amazing view and close to everything!

We loved this condo! The hosts were fantastic, made the check in process smooth, provided great recommendations and were very responsive. The condo was well stocked, beds were comfortable and location was perfect! We loved the view of the ocean, walking along the beach, walking to the kiosks, and we were a quick drive to the rainforest, Luquillo, San Juan and island adventures!

Perfect in every way!

This place is a labor of love. You can tell by the thoughtfulness that went into every detail and how quickly and detailed the process is. We did not want for anything. From the extras they have, beach items, towels, etc. to where they placed hooks for your towels, clothes, etc. They really thought of every detail that would make your stay comfortable. We are in property management so can pick a place apart in a heart beat. There really wasnt anything I would have done different with this location. Truly perfect in every way. Dont get me started on the view. Floor to ceiling windows the entire length of the wall facing the ocean and a cozy hammock to sit in. It was so relaxing. Apartment was very clean and we felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you Aida for sharing your home with us. You should be very proud of what you've created. Only regret is that I didnt have time to sign your guestbook. Hopefully I will get a chance in the future to stay again.

With fast and easy access to the beach directly through the back when tide levels are low (late spring-summer, Fall and winter Ocean View Only) ... and when water levels are high you get the feeling of being on a cruise ship while still having easy beach access up the street!
