Our modern and convenient lake home is ready and waiting for you. A warm fireplace in the eat-in kitchen offers a cozy space to relax and enjoy each other's company. The home also features a front porch, back patio with comfortable furniture and grassy backyard, there are multiple space to enjoy the outdoors. A short walk or bike through the neighborhood offers views of Lake Erie. We are centrally located near all the Ashtabula County has to offer including Geneva on the Lake, Bridge Street in Ashtabula Harbor for fine dining and shopping plus Ohio Wine Country. There is something for everyone.

Our neighborhood offers quiet streets, mature trees, paved roads perfect for bike riding or a morning stroll. There is no direct beach/lake access in our community however, Walnut Beach and Breakwater Beach are a short drive away.

The home is spacious with a clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find it equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked gourmet kitchen awaits with a coffee bar for the connoisseurs in your group.

The living space displays serene and neutral coloring and comfort is the standard. Wall-to-wall windows flood the space with natural light.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, an ensuite bath.

A queen the second bedroom shares the large hall bath. Incredibly comfortable memory-foam mattresses are featured in both bedrooms, plus a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Conveniently located near Ohio’s North Shore and beautiful Lake Erie, you’re literally 72 steps from the lake, and a short drive to downtown Ashtabula Harbor, Walnut Beach or the Geneva on the Lake, with its many entertainment, dining, and recreation opportunities. Bike path, golf, winery tours and more! We provide 3 bicycles as well as corn hole for your enjoyment!

Our carefully designed charming retreat boasts several outdoor living areas to cozy up and read a book, relax with a glass of wine or enjoy long convos over the fire pit.

Our home is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and mof course, all you need for coffee each morning including creamer and sugar!

Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio for an epic barbecue with our gas grill.

After taking a winery tour through Ohio Wine Country, decamp to the family room for a movie night. This comfy space includes a flatscreen TV with streaming access via Smart TV and WiFi.

Bedrooms include a primary with a queen bed, another queen bedroom and sleep two more on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With two full bathrooms there is plenty of space for everyone to keep up with daily routines before hitting the beach or wineries.

Snuggle up in the comfy queen bed in the primary, luxuriate in the oversized bathtub with candles, and cozy up in front of the fireplace.

During your visit, please feel free to enjoy the television, board games, books, coffee and tea.

If you are bringing the little ones, let us know–we will set out the bins of Legos and toys.

• Guests have access to laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, trash bags as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturizer, and other small toiletries you may need during your stay.
