The "Beachwood Boutique" is located in a quiet community that sits right on 30A in Seagrove Beach.

Our chic, designer-updated condo has been created to be your perfect getaway. Custom bunk beds, new flooring, new furniture, updated bathroom, gorgeous chef's kitchen with designer backsplash, quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, and all the cooking accessories you will need. Enjoy a family meal at the dining table that seats 6, or relax on the comfortable furniture in the elegant, open living room while watching TV or playing board games (we've included some of our favorites). Through the large sliding glass door, you will find a private patio with chairs and garden views, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tea. After a long day of fun in the sun, retire to the welcoming bedroom which offers a king-size bed with plush bedding and crisp linens, and tuck the kids in the cozy bunk beds or the queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Our Beach Condo can comfortably host 6 people, so there is plenty of space for the whole family, and if you have little ones, we've got you covered! A pack and play, sound machine and a booster seat are available upon request.

We want your stay here to be as relaxing and convenient as possible, and to help with that, we have also provided a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler bag that you are more than welcome to use throughout your stay. Feel like staying in? The complex has 2 pools (one heated week of Thanksgiving and during Spring Break 3/1 - 4/15), tennis courts, shuffleboard, a playground, outdoor grills and on-site laundry facilities. We look forward to hosting you at the Beachwood Boutique. See you soon!

Please note that we understand that life happens, flights get cancelled, and coastal weather can be unpredictable. For this reason we highly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance available through Vrbo or any other agency of your choosing. We adhere to our set cancellation policy and a refund will only be issued if there is an active state of emergency or a mandatory evacuation that is set in motion by The National Weather Service or other Government Agency.

Perfect stay!
My husband and I stayed here during a quick trip to Florida recently. We really enjoyed our stay!! The condo was very nicely updated and clean. The hosts were very nice and provided a guide with all of the information about the condo, rules, etc, but also included recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. I was so impressed with how it seemed like they’d thought of everything: They even had sunscreen and beach gear for guests to use. The condo was just a short walk across 30A to the beach, and was convenient to the grocery store and many restaurants. We love Seagrove Beach and loved this property, and would gladly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachwood Boutique.It has 2 beach access points right across the street. The condo is decorated beautiful and is very clean and organized. Great hosts! We would highly recommend!

Great stay, would stay again.
The host communicated almost daily to ensure that check in, our stay and check out were a smooth process. All was extremely easy. Location of this condo is perfect. Walk across the street to access the public beach or the small gas station/grocery store. Along the 30a bike path so if you want to ride anywhere its a very short walk to the path. We used the pool and laundry room during our stay. The pool is centrally located on the property and right out the back door. The condo itself is nicely decorated and stocked with all of the essentials. I especially loved the small touches like black wash clothes to remove make up and snacks in the kitchen. I will definitely be booking this place again.
