Spacious, Quiet, 2bed 2bath w/Large covered porch

Ocean Place Villas is the perfect quiet North Myrtle get-away. This spacious 2 bed 2 bath condo is less than a 5 min walk to the beach in a small 12-unit complex. Have your morning coffee with a view on the large covered balcony We are 4 mins from Barefoot Landing and close to pleanty of restaurants and shopping to keep you busy. The unit is located on the 3rd floor up only 2 flights of stairs. The complex also features an outdoor pool that is open from April to October!

Enjoy an open living space with tons of natural light. Most of the year you may be some of the only renters at the complex. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to be able to cook while away. We provide a coffee pot, toaster, all dishes, silverware and pots and pans for easily cooking at home meals. The large living room has a couch and is open to the dining area and the porch is located off of it. Both bedrooms have a full-size bed and closet, and the primary bedroom features an ensuite bath with a step in shower. The second bedroom is about the same size as the other and the second bathroom is across the hall and features a tub shower combo. The covered patio allows for indoor-outdoor living and has seats for 4 people to relax and enjoy the beach weather.

Enjoy covered parking right at the stairs up to the condo. We have a pool that is open from April to October.

The building has a laundry area you have access too during your stay. it is a pay per load system not free.

Technology - Both bedrooms and living room have smart tv's which allows you to log into any of your streaming accounts and watch. We also have basic cable. Wifi is available to easily work from home or you can plug in your ethernet cord for faster service. Keyless entry pad.

Close to Barefoot landing and many golf courses. We are in the southern part of North Myrtle beach making it easy to get to pretty much anywhere you need to explore

This property does not allow motorcycles, golf carts or trailers.

The cleaning fee includes full cleaning upon check-out and inspection. It also includes all clean linens including sheets, comforters, bath towels and wash cloths. Starter rolls of toliet paper, paper towels, dish and hand soap, and dishwasher pods based on your length of stay.

Please bring your own Beach towels. This is not a hotel so the unit will not be cleaned daily.

There is a $200 penalty fee charged for evidence of hosting a party. $500 Fee for Smoking anywhere on the property or in the unit.

This is a pet free property. Pets are not allowed and if found in violation of this you will be asked to leave without a refund and incurr a $300 fine.

Breaking any of the posted or listed rules will result in a Fine of $200-$500.
