Amazing view

Even with the renovations going on my husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much! Amazing views, very clean, and not far from any restaurants/stores. Host was very friendly and answered any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again!

Aging property that is being renovated

We were dismayed that many of the amenities were closed or unavailable during our visit. The restaurant and bar were closed, both pools and the hot tub were also closed due to construction. Construction started at 8:00 am (our room was on the top floor and workers were walking around long before. Management’s was nice enough to give a a partial refund whe we contacted them.Check with the property about construction before booking.

Great beach getaway

I would like to start by saying Jason the owner was great. He was very understanding and credited us twice. Once for construction going on and again due to hurricane and we had to leave early. The condo was clean and decorated very nicely. Had a great view from the balcony as he said we would. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is ideal for everywhere we wanted to go in Destin. View of the ocean from the condo was the best part! Quaint in size but perfect for the week for our family. Loved that the condo had a convenience store, restaurant, gym and pools! We will definitely be coming back.

Nice stay

This was our 3rd year staying here and again the unit did not disappoint. There is construction going on so that was a little let down. The outdoor pool was closed most the time and the indoor hot tub and saunas were out of order. Other than that it was a nice Fourth of July week!

Fantastic stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Overall it’s clean and very nice and the view is amazing! Only issue we had was the bath tub was draining slowly but it was taken care of quickly! Again fantastic trip and this condo was amazing!

Destin stay

The unit was very clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Great view from the balcony if you don't mind heights! There was some ongoing maintenance at the condominium and parking was tight due to construction taking up some sights. Jason, the condo owner, was excellent to deal with.

Gorgeous views

SUNDESTIN is a very nice property located directly on the Gulf. The 18th floor condo was very nicely appointed with all the comforts necessary for our 6 week stay, the views from the balcony are “pinch me beautiful “. The Southern exposure gave us gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. On cooler days you could sun bath on the balcony because it was protected from any breeze and the sun made it feel warm even if temps were in the 50’s. Jason is fantastic to work with and responds quickly when we had any questions. Definitely a wonderful getaway for anyone!

Fantastic Rental

We absolutely loved staying here! The condo was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony was gorgeous...we loved waking up to it everyday! Checking in at the desk couldn't have been easier. Plus all the amenities like the bar/restaurant, hot tub, gift shop, pools etc. And the fact that we were right on the beach! Our host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed! Would love to stay here again!

Favorite thing is the VIEW from 18 floor incredible! Also nice getting a Bushwacher yummy drink from bar downstairs! Forgot my hairdryer got 1 loaned from desk! Bed was comfy! Check out easy! Great communication with Jason! 5 stars!

Exactly what we wanted

The view was great. Top floor we could see sharks, dolphins, and sting rays from our balcony. The 2 half baths was great for getting ready in the morning.

Perfection!

I just want to say that this condo made our stay perfect and memorable. The 18th floor worked out great for us because you could enjoy morning coffee on the spacious balcony while watching the porpoises and the rays play in the surf views from this room are spectacular. very clean very comfortable condominium. That felt just like home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone I know. Thank you for the experience.

Great Stay

Overall, a very nice property. Very clean! Furniture and bed were comfortable. As mentioned in the listing, extra toilet paper, salt/pepper/spices are not included, so make sure those are added to your packing list. Wifi worked great. We work remotely, so that was important to us. Laundry facilities were close by the room. Cost $5 per load(wash & dry). There is a change machine available in the lobby. Views from the balcony are great and a quick walk to the beach. We saw sharks in the mornings...very cool!! We enjoyed our time at the resort and this unit specifically fit our needs for a 3 night stay.

This condo has been updated with all the modern furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. Everyone working in the building is very friendly and helpful.

Perfect spot!

Condo has been remolded very nice. Great space. Beautiful view from balcony of the ocean. Great location. Check in process went smoothly. We had a small problem with something but the host was quick to respond and get it taken care of in a timely manner. We will definitely want to stay again if we decide to come to Destin again.

My wife and I enjoy the elegance of the high-rise, all the comforts of home, the proximity to the beach, and the Endless Summer Grill (a full service restaurant and bar). We are unable to live in sunny Destin, FL and want to extend the opportunity for you to enjoy the many unique benefits that the property has to offer.
