Just outside your front door, you will have access to amazing hiking/walking/biking trails, mountain views, and amazing wildlife at 7500ft elevation so you can enjoy the best of what Colorado has to offer.
If you are a skiier or snowboarder or camper, you're just 20-80 miles away from amazing ski mountains and wilderness experiences.
But if you want what the city has to offer, you're just 20-minutes from downtown Denver and just 10+ minutes to shops/restaurants/malls.

Our contemporary 1600sf first floor 2BR-2BA-Patio apartment and surrounding Colorado beauty, sunshine and wildlife have blessed many couples, individuals and families that have stayed here from different booking platforms.
We live in the upper level with our sweet corgi girl, Riley, and are available upon request, to provide any advice or assistance to our short-term renters (30, 60 or 90+ days).
