This serene space consists of an oversized balcony with ocean, tropical and pool views. Windows all around let in tons of natural sunlight, drawing you to enjoy the outdoors just as much as the interior. The primary bedroom welcomes you with a King bed and private balcony offering oven views. It also features an en-suite bath with jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and an outdoor shower (also with an ocean view!). The remaining 3 rooms have 2 Queen beds (1 w it’s own private bath) and bunk beds.

All flatscreen TVs are either a smart TV or have Amazon fire sticks for streaming your favorite shows and movies.

A/C throughout, a washer & dryer set, fully-equipped kitchen with bar that seats 3 and dining table that seats 6 round out the living area.

This exclusive complex boasts 24/7 gated security and onsite maintenance and 2 salt water pools! The heart of Coco- with its diverse dining, shopping, leisure and beach- is a short 5-7 minute ride from the cliffs. Costa Rica is one of the hottest travel destinations right now so book quick and pack your bags for an unforgettable stay!

Coco Cliffs Peaceful Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at High as the Heavens. The amenities were homey with separate spaces for each family member and large group areas, a relaxing pool, and an amazing view.

Great view!

My family and i really enjoyed our stay at this property. The view is spectacular! The beach is walkable but it's better to drive. Be sure to have four wheel drive. I couldn't drive up the hill when it rained. The house was clean and it provided everything we needed for our week long stay.

Spacious, quiet, spectacular view

This is a luxury apartment and the price is good. It is very spacious (almost 1700 sq feet) and the balcony is also very large. Mattresses are very comfortable. Bed linens and towels are white and of good quality. It is well stocked with towels and cleaning products. Dishes and cookware are adequate. A few basic utensils could be added such as kettle, colander, spatulas, salad spinner. When something needs to be fixed, the concierge is friendly and quick to come to the rescue. The condo is up in the hill and the view is spectacular. It is very quiet; the only sounds are the birds, roosters and dogs. However, if you do not have a car, it is a 40-minute walk to the beach and part of the road is quite steep. Taking taxis is an option, of course. We misread the ‘’4 minutes to the beach’’ in the description. It was a disappointment at first but we decided to be philosophical about it: to enjoy fully what was good (most of the environment actually) and accommodate us with the rest. There were four of us, and we each appreciated having comfortable and roomy space for our own privacy. We did enjoy very much our stay in this condo. And we recommend it.

Coco Beach 2024

We were 3 couples in the condo during our stay. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and the rooms were well spaced in the condo. When we arrived, there were a few things that we needed, but after a call to Brandon the owner, he made sure the manager supplied us with what we needed. There were a few minor things that could have been done before our stay, like replacing all of the light bulbs that were burnt out in the condo and stairwell, and putting blinds in the one bedroom,but that did not affect our stay. The other thing was the pool. We were not able to use it for 3 days, as it required cleaning. Again, once we notified Brandon on this, he made sure it was cleaned so we could use it for the rest of the stay. The wifi was hit and miss during our stay, sometimes working, sometimes not. We were very disappointed in the location to the beach and town. The advertisement is not accurate on this at all. The beach and town is more like an 8 to 10 minute drive, and not a 4-5 minute walk as stated. We like to stay at places where we can walk into town in the evenings, and that was what we expected here. With the incline of the roads and the distance it is not really feasible to walk. Thankfully we had a car and used that every day. So, if you plan on going to the beach and or into town, you will need a car (or taxi). Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay! Brandon has a beautiful condo, and with a bit more attention to details, it will be Excellent!

Condo was just as pictured

We were a family of six staying here during our Christmas vacation. The pictures accurately depict the condo. We were able to cook, do laundry, and enjoy the beautiful view. We had a vehicle to drive so I highly recommend having a vehicle because you are in a residential neighborhood with dirt roads and a hill in order to get that view. It rained our last day so the hill was a little slippery in one spot. The tires on the rented vehicle could have been better as well. I really loved the outdoor shower off the master suite. It was excellent, especially when washing off sand and dirt from the beach. My kids loved it too! We were really close to 2 grocery stores and minutes driving to the nearby beaches and restaurants. Unless you’re an avid walker or hiker, I wouldn’t recommend trying to walk to these locations though. There also restaurants in the area that provide delivery. We had hot water, cable tv, and internet. The internet went out our last 2 days but it was not a deal breaker for us. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

House with a view

The house has a very good space and distribution. Kitchen is well equipped and the view is pretty good. It has two pools which are very nice and refreshing. The host is very responsive. However there are some cons that we noticed from our stay: - We asked if the property had a grill for BBQ and the host told us yes - but when we got there we noticed that the grill is dirty, broken, and the hose can't connect well to the gas tank, which makes it useless and a liability - Some of the glasswear is noticeably old and stained - In some of the bathroom toilets and sinks the water takes a long time to drain - Host asked us to check in 2 hours after the stated check in time at the listing, which we agreed to. However when we were checking out we had a 30 minute delay packing up things and he right away sent us a payment request for the late check out. It is not a bad place overall, but there are some important cons to keep in mind when choosing this location.

The Perfect Vacation

This condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. The condo was very well appointed. There were an abundance of towels. Everything you needed in the kitchen was available. The two pools were very well maintained and we used them everyday of our stay. Brandon contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed. Any issues we had were addressed immediately. The on-site concierge was very helpful and prompt to reply to any inquiries we made. The layout of the condo works great for multiple couples. We were a group of 3 couples, we each had our own bathroom and bedroom well spaced out for privacy. The common areas were very comfortably funished and provided great space for dining, or playing cards. The balcony view was awesome! We spent hours sitting out there justing soaking in the beauty of Costa Rica. Some of our group made the walk to town a few times but walking back was not an option due to the incline. The location was difficult for some taxis to reach due to the steep uphill climb and having such a large group we required two taxis each time we ventured out. Occasionally we were able to get a taxi van so we were able to all go together but for the most part we would have the taxi take 3 then return for the other 3. The fee for a taxi was very affordable and we met many wonderful locals. I would not hesitate to book this unit again. Maybe next year! Thank you Brandon for hosting our group! Pura Vida

Costa Rica 2023

We wanted a place where 7 people could vacation comfortably and come and go as they pleased. Coco cliffs is a great location for this. The property is outside the downtown busy area and is quiet with a fantastic view of the ocean and coco below. The walk to town and shopping is not too far if you you like to walk and taxis are readily available when you want one. The two infinity pools are great for cooling off and relaxing around. With only a few condo units and not a lot of guests we practically had the place to ourselves.
