Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac off 30A, the property is surrounded by mature pine trees, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Each level features private balconies for the bedrooms and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with upgraded appliances, a gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Step outside to your private oasis, where you'll find outdoor dining spaces, a gas grill, a covered patio, and an outdoor shower. The master bedroom features a private balcony that overlooks the backyard. First floor has a queen bedroom and a king bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The Primary King bedroom with on suite bathroom is located on the third floor along with another queen bedroom with on suite bath and finally the bunkroom with 2 twin over full beds and an on suite bath.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Santa Rosa Beach House, including its five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and two living areas. Enjoy private balconies on each level, outdoor dining spaces, a gas grill, a covered patio, and an outdoor shower. Additionally, guests can access the community pool within Calypso Pointe and the Dune Allen public beach access, just a short walk or bike ride away.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, with at least one guest aged 25+ for every three guests in the group.
