This 2nd floor unit newly renovated with spectacular view of the vast Atlantic Ocean along with scenic old downtown cocoa beach front balcony views. Private beach access with outdoor shower. Beach chairs/umbrella provided. Quiet morning sunrise is one of my favorites, along with frequent rocket launches viewed right from your balcony or short walk out to the beach. almost everything you might need is within walking distance, many restaurants, drinking/music establishments, local shops, artists. This unit as with one other 2nd floor unit is suited for couples only, who love the spectacular views and privacy of their balcony. this is a absolutely smoke free property. and a quiet time of 10pm-6am due to age of building/floors out of respect for other guests. my four-plex is separate from others and has private parking just outside of unit and property security cameras managed for privacy. bottom units have access to backyards as they do not have the beautiful unobstructive views as the top units. Great Spot for 20th Anniversary

This was a trip in March for my wife and I's 20th anniversary. Wonderful location with a beautiful section of beach and direct access. We could see one of the launch pads from the beach. The host even provided beach chairs. Sunrise was beautiful. The chairs and bed were very comfortable and provided a great view out at the ocean. There were wireless and USB chargers through out the unit. The washer/dryer worked well. Kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare food. We made pasta, garlic bread, bagels, eggs, and sandwiches. The coffee maker already had filters which is a plus considering we would not use that size at home. Would definitely love to go back.Now for the nitpicky stuff. Lets be honest this is the only reason you're reading this. Light switches could use labels it was a bit confusing between the switches and remotes for the fans. Recommend ditching the remote control fans and make them switch only.The sink faucet did this weird thing when you turned it on to fast or all that way where it would stop suddenlyThe wireless chargers seemed to require the precision of docking to the space station and rarely worked. The air-conditioning unit is a little load when it runs and there is no mode that will leave the fan on so it can run all night.The restaurant on the corner is a little loud at night. Somebody needs to tell the base player pick a different rhythm. Playing it for every song is ridicules. There is no dishwasher - Honestly didn't care

Awesome spot!

If you like being close to the beach and walking distance from awesome restaurants this is a great place to vacation. Steve was very accommodating and we would definitely recommend this property.

Frustrating

Parking is horrible there is a trailer with trash around it that you have to maneuver around. There is intermittent WiFi, kitchen faucet barely works. There is no place to hang clothes. The door lock is completely rusted. We asked for wd4but never received it. Our code was wrong when we got there, luckily the cleaners left the door unlocked.Property manager just loves to argue.The view from out back is amazing though

Great Getaway

The place is perfect for two. Beach right out the rear door and across short dunes. Cocoa Beach has many good eating places and grocery stores. Quick communication and answers from Steve (owner) . Thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to return.

Peaceful Beach Retreat

The private beach access and incredible views are alone impressive, but the on-site property manager (Steve W.) went over and above to provide excellent care to any need. One example is that Steve set-up beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The unit was super clean, has cooking supplies, laundry supplies, and beach supplies. Location to restaurants and other shops are close. The group of units provides opportunity to meet other guests. If you are looking for a simple, quiet beach escape, this is an excellent location!

Cocoa Beach Paradise

I knew almost nothing about Cocoa Beach. I took a chance and it was a WIN WIN!!! Best location surrounded by everything you'll need. Really felt comfortable. Parking was perfect with the private lot directly in front of your unit. Reserve yours fast because I'm returning : )

Can't beat the location

Great little property in the historic downtown district. So close to bars, restaurants and shopping, but more importantly, right on beautiful Cocoa Beach. Steve was a great host. Lots to do and lots of "toys" for the beach and surf. Beautiful deck for morning coffee and afternoon lounging. Loved our short stay.

Cocoa Beach Gem

Private, quiet, clean, safe, welcoming, and comfortable. Before I found my unit at the end of the complex I went past several units that weren’t in great shape. Once in and familiar with surroundings, it was all very nice. A direct path to the ocean out my front door was awesome. I would go again.

Couldn't be better!

Right on a quiet, peaceful beach, with a stunning and huge patio that felt like paradise. We walked to Restarant/bar Coconuts - maybe 100 yards away, also right on the beach with live music. Saw. Rocket launches from the beachside patio. Loved every moment.

Fantastic place! Definitely will be back!!

The place was magnificent and right on the beach as we hoped it would be! Commuinication with the host was very responsive and I even met him, He was fantastic and worked with us to stay a few extra days!! Highly recommend this place! we will be back next year and for longer! we found our perfect little getaway..

Wonderful family vacation location

Our little family had an amazing stay at Cocoa beach! Steve was so welcoming and nice, it was a pleasure. He let us know there was a rocket launch and it was one of a kind experience. We could literally watch it from the back porch. Condo location is perfect! Right downtown yet you have privacy and the beach wasn’t crowded even though it wasn’t far from a public beach (with life guards). We saw awesome wild life while there which our daughter loved. We highly recommend anyone to stay there! We will be back ☺️

Best location ever

Steve was a fabulous host, readily answering questions ahead of time and while there. He was unobtrusively around during our stay, and we could get help if we needed it! The property is 187 steps from door to ocean, according to my teen. There were plenty of towels, and everything we needed for the kitchen. Our family of 3 was comfortable here for a week. I hope to make this an annual affair! Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars, and Steve’s welcome binder had great recommendations.
