Sijaitsee kauniin keskustan Cocoa Beachin sydämessä !!! Vain 15 minuutin päässä Port Canaveral -risteilyterminaalista .. !! Kävele moniin 25 ravintolaan, kauppaan ja viihdettä. Kauniisti sisustettu, se on 1 makuuhuone ja 1 kylpyhuone. Keittiössä on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni, astiat, lasitavara, hopeaesineet, Keurig-kahvinkeitin ja kattilat ja pannut. Olohuoneessa on sohva (täysikokoinen), 40 tuumaa. TV ja ilmainen WIFI lasisella liukuovella, joka näyttää suoraan mereltä. !!

Kaunis kylpyhuone, jossa kaakeloitu suihku ja kivilattia, sisältää pyyhkeet, saippuaa, shampoo ja hiustenkuivaaja. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, TV, lipasto. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu yksikössä omaan käyttöösi.

Parvekkeen ulkopuolella on suora näkymä merelle ja portaat vievät yksityiselle polulle rannalle. Rantatuolit, rantapyyhkeet, jäähdytin, boogie-baords ja sateenvarjo ovat käytettävissäsi. Kajakin käyttö. Erittäin siisti ja mukava laite.

The condo was great. The view of the beach and ocean were clear and close. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach. Open the deck sliders and hear the surf. We enjoyed the deck chairs watching the beach and the surf. The owner was agreeable and responsive. I will stay here again in the future

Great ocean view/access

The restraunt/bar on the corner is very loud. Parking in the back seems sketchy, but the condo is super cute & has an awesome beach view with access. Can hear the waves from the condo. Saw a Palmetto bug.

Amazing view!

The location is absolutely wonderful. We were able to see a rocket launch, which has been a bucket list of mine for a long time.The restaurant next-door, coconuts on the beach was very good.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The host provided chairs, umbrella and towels. They said there was a cooler but apparently someone took off with that. We loved that we could walk to so many bars and restaurants. This is an older condo but was comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable. It had a small patio area with chairs overlooking the beach. The only thing missing was soap for the shower although there was some leftover men’s body wash under the sink. Good stay!

Cute Comfy Condo

We had a great stay here. Right on the beach close to 2 beach bars. The bed and condo were very comfortable. It is Small so only really comfortable for 2 people. But makes up for it with the Location!!

Cozy beach view, private beach access

Had a lovely weekend watching the waves from this cozy condo. It rained quite a bit, but we were able to walk on the beach and walk to restaurants as well. Great view, great location, nice decor and amenities.

Perfect couples getaway

Beautifully updated interior and it was the perfect size for just the 2 of us. The location was fantastic, breathtaking view from the unit and lots to do within walking distance. Communication with the hosts was great, they made our planning process easy and gave great advice & recommendations.

Perfect weekend

My wife and I were in Cocoa Beach to celebrate our anniversary. This condo was absolutely perfect. Clean, right on the beach, everything you would need right there. The owners were quick to answer any of our questions. If you want a nice, fun place to stay, I would recommend this lovely condo.

Perfect beach location and cute little condo for 2 people. Coconuts is very close and has great food and drinks. They have bands on the weekends that are pretty loud so don’t expect and early bedtime on Fri or Sat nights.

Excellent Getaway by the Beach

My Boyfriend and i were looking for a descent priced place with Beach Access, This was the place was exactly what we wanted! We got to see a Boat Race, Rocket launch we didnt even know it was happening, Jean was soo wonderful to Txt me, and to top our trip off we got a Unbelievable view of the Blood Moon, I highly recommend this place Great Location , excellent communication with Jean And Bill, Definitely plan on a future trip!

Great spot for a get-away

Bill and Jean were excellent hosts! Condo was comfortable and perfect for a 2 person get-away. One of the most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on when away from home. Gorgeous view of the beach/ocean from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Also steps away from a great little bagel/coffee shop - Salty Bagel. Convenient location for anything you want to do in Cocoa Beach and a short distance from the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Center. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beachfront Condo

This condo was perfect for my husband and me. The place was clean and comfortable with everything furnished that we needed for our 5 day stay. The bed was extremely comfortable too, which is usually a coin toss for us. The condo location is great as well, it is close to shopping and there is a Coconuts restaurant right next door. Communication was excellent with the owners, and we will definitely be making a trip back and staying here again!

Weekender

We enjoyed our weekend at this residence! The grounds need to be taken care but that is not the renter’s fault. The condo looked like the pictures and had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. The dryer was also temporarily out of use so we weren’t able to do laundry but overall the condo was clean.

Cocoa Beach

Pre-communication with the owners was great. They provided clear driving directions to the property and clear instructions on how to access the unit. Property was a little outdated but the location was amazing. Direct and easy beach access. Washer/dryer were broken when we arrived but the owners were responsive and provided an alternate location we could use for laundry. This was slightly inconvenient because we could only access the other location the first day of our stay and we had to carry our things over there, but I appreciate the effort to provide an alternative. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

Breathtaking View and Access to the Beach

We had a wonderful time while in Cocoa Beach. The view and beach access was nothing short of amazing. Access to food choices within walking distance was excellent as well. Safety was an issue as we never felt threatened. The only drawback was the club band noise that sits nearby. On the plus side, they seemed to shut down the band around 10:00-10:30pm each night. The only other issue was that we only had a partial roll of toilet paper that required us to purchase additional rolls at a nearby Walgreens. Communication with the owner was simple and responsive.

Not Clean, Not Private

We arrive late at night to find a refrigerator full of the last guests' food, an open beer can in the sink, a soggy dish sponge and one damp kitchen towel on the counter. Also, the shower looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. It looked as though the refrigerator hadn't been emptied or cleaned in a long time either as there were expired food items and dirty shelves. We contacted the owner who was very apologetic but offered no assistance so we spent the first hours of our vacation cleaning. That's not something we would ever want to do but especially during a Covid epidemic. One afternoon while sitting on our balcony a man walked right past us and retrieved an old upholstered bar stool we had place to the side with the beach equipment and moved it between us and the condo next door at the top of the stairs, telling us he was the owner and he wanted the bar stool there. The balcony to this unit is shared with the condo next door and you can see everyone on every balcony across the entire complex. In the 30 years we've been renting condos we've never had an owner invade our privacy like that. I suppose it is their right to do so but not desirable to any renter. The band at the bar next door plays til late at night and can be heard in the bedroom with the TV playing and there are several bars located within walking distance with people coming and going late at night and there were frequent police sirens. The condo is updated with nice countertops, cute furniture, a staircase leading directly to the beach. When we arrived there were clean sheets and towels, floors swept. The beach chairs have seen better days so we purchased 2 and left at the condo. There is a nice canopy tent and umbrella for your use which is nice because the rental for an umbrella and 2 chairs is $50 per day.

We love meeting people and we also love to go camping and go on cruise's.
