The perfect getaway! This 4 bedrooms 3 and 1/2 bathrooms Villa is inside Reunion Resort. Close to all Disney or Universal parks, malls and in the heart of Kissimmee. This is guaranteed fun for the whole family. Enjoy home cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Guests have access to all CDD pools and gyms/clubhouse and restaurants/cafes- around the Resort.
SEVEN EGLES, TERRACES, HERITAGE CROSSINGS, CARRIAGE POINT or HOMESTEAD.

There's a map at the house for this purpose. Or you can purchase extra cards at the Security department at the club house for 15 dollars.
There is one card for access at the property and there is a fine of $100 dollars if card is not found for check out
(Leave it at the basket by the entrance- same place it was found)

***POOL SPA HEATING*** EAST FACING POOL
There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING***
Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. A code will be provided for access. The guest has access to a few amenities at the Resort. There is a game room under the garage that is for House use as part of the house amenities. Guests please use the driveway and street to park. There is a tenant living in the garage room above the stairs and they use the back sidewalk as well. The trash cans are shared and they are in the back of the house.

Important Note: There is a studio that is detached from the house on top of the garage. There is a separate code to access the unit. It's totally separate from the house and entrance is from the back.

** BBQ GRILL***

Small charcoal grill provided free of charge. If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)
***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***

**PET POLICY
Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal
Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.
Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided or provided only if available at the moment. Those are considered as personal items.
