It also offers a dedicated work space with an amazing view of the open water to grab a quick zoom meeting or business call.

The amazing views of unobstructed open waters through glass sliders are what first greet you as you walk into this immaculately-maintained, 3BR 2BA home. Whether you are looking for a break to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city, extended holiday or are COVID-weary and looking for a change in scenery / vacation, McDonald Manor is your place. The open concept living room with its high ceilings and 70" Smart TV offers a great opportunity for family and friends to gather, chit-chat and watch DirecTV or a movie on Netflix. We have lots of board games for you and your family to enjoy.

The open dining room right off the kitchen features a beautiful dining room table with seating for 6 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen island. The LakeHouse has a newly remodeled full-size kitchen with 6 burner gas stovetop, stainless steel appliances and large island. There is plenty of counter space for your cooking needs; it is equipped with all you need to prepare a large holiday meal, which can be enjoyed in the dining room or on the covered porch. Not to forget the beverage cooler, which awaits you when you are ready to grab a glass of wine or cocktail and "chill".

At the end of the main hall, you will find the laundry room with a brand new full-size washing machine and dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board. Your needs are truly covered.

When the time comes for everyone to retreat to their rooms, you will have 3 beautiful spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV to appeal to everyone's entertainment taste. A Murphy bed is provided in the living area. Additionally, right off the master suite is an office equipped with a desk, large monitor and office chair at which you can work remotely using blazing speed internet.

Last but definitely not least, it has the covered porch featuring lounge seating and a Smart TV where you can enjoy the company or soak in the views. With the house facing South, you need not worry about being blinded by the hot Texas sun, yet you can still enjoy the stunning sunsets. Additionally, should you decide to cook out, there is a brand new grill awaiting your BBQ skills.

The lake is open to all water sports such as sailing, skiing, wakeboarding, boat racing and fishing. Boat rentals are available around the lake including waverunners. The neighborhood is safe and walking & biking-friendly.
